Darling cottage
We had everything we needed for a long weekend visiting our Aggie. Conveniently located. AC units might need some maintenance or it could be we just were not that familiar with window units. Nice touches throughout- ie supplied shampoo/conditioner Will stay again.

Super cozy & friendly!
Super great spot for the weekend! Has everything you need. The property owner was incredibly sweet to us. Upon our arrival, it appeared that their cleaning service did not complete their job well, the owner accommodated us well & sincerely apologized! We can’t wait to visit again! :)

Warm and Cozy
Stayed for 5 nights while attending the Australian Shepherd Club of America Nationals. Convenient to the Brazos County Expo in Bryan. It was a comfortable warm place to stay after long days outside.

Cute little place close to everything
Cute little cottage so close to everything, too. I was by myself and felt perfectly safe. The cottage is pretty much across the street from a park - I didn't get the chance to use it, tho. Plenty of basic supplies - towels, dishes, etc. Bed was comfy to me. I noticed other reviews about the mattress with a dip in the middle. It may have been replaced since, but I had no issue and slept well. If you need to be close to Kyle Field and the A&M campus, this is the place for you.

Awesome!
For the price the house was amazing! I loved that we could bring our dogs with us and that they had a nice yard to play in. The toilet was questionable and the bed was really soft and sank in the middle, but I don’t expect perfection at that price. The location is awesome, I went to A&M online, so I have only been on campus for graduation and I felt like I needed to spend some time in College Station.

Nice little cottage
I stayed here on a business trip and the location of the cottage is great. the only thing i think that needs to be changed is the mattress for the bed. there is a dip in the middle of the bed and it wasn’t very comfortable. other than that it was great!

Not good for multiple days. Bed very poor, bath lighting bad, general lighting poor, table and chairs oversized, supplies and utensils not as indicated. Marginally adequate, nice deck, quiet and private, good location, good price.

Perfect For Two
This little house was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs to stay while visiting College Station. The location was excellent! There’s a great park to walk to dogs and everything in town was easily accessible. Page was quick to respond with any issue we had. We would definitely stay again!

My grandson who is a member of the Core at TAMU was very busy and visited for brief times on several occasions. Nearness to campus & access withodisturbinv others was great. Use of coded door entry was SUPER easy!

No Check-In
We were not given a key or a code for entry to this property. We arrived around 7:30pm Friday night and were unable to get ahold of the property owner and the secondary contact listed in the contract was 5yrs outdated. VRBO’s customer service line was also unable to provide entry. We had to turn around and go home after waiting for 3hrs. for the owner to call us back. She still has made no contact with me to acknowledge this mistake or that she will refund my money and it’s been 3days.

Budget option for a College Station visit
This cottage is very close to campus and anything else you might want in College Station, and was affordable compared to other options. However, a few things soured our stay: the host forgot to send us entry instructions, and when we arrived and called the phone number listed, it went to voicemail that was never returned. If it weren't for friendly guests staying next door (which was another property owned by the same host) who had the right phone number, we would have been stuck outside. Once inside, we did not find it to be adequately cleaned; the toilet was clearly dirty and there was mold in one of the crockery.

Cozy and private
The cottage was easy to get in. Parking right out front. Great location to A&M. The mattress needs to be replaced and it would be perfect. It was like my husband and I just sunk into the middle of it. The shower was wonderful. The ac window units are pretty loud but I’m not sure if that is normal since I’m not used to them.

Not very clean!
The house was not clean, furniture covered because it was nasty. There was a dog leash left on the chair? We rented to stay while groomsmen stayed in other house and ended up going to a hotel. Overall, just not a clean feeling!

Quiet and peaceful haven
Our stay was awesome and it was a very peaceful place to stay and it was hidden inside of its own little fenced in area. It made you feel like you were out on a private place in a cabin in the middle of the woods. Page was so good about getting back to our request quickly and our stay was outstanding

The property was very cute with everything you need. Nice kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. It is in a great area very close to campus and Blue Baker which is a great cafe for breakfast. The property needs some maintenance. The bed frame was broken which caused it to sag in the middle and the pull out couch in the living room was also broken which cause it to be tilted. The air conditioners were great at keeping the rooms cool but the one in the bedroom was very loud which woke us up at night. We were able to fix some of the issues temporarily and the property owner was very helpful when we brought these issues to her attention.

Perfect Game Day Cottage
My wife and I stayed here for a football game. This cozy little cottage is about a 1.5 mile walk to the stadium, so it was an easy walk to get to some tailgates before the game. There is also some shopping and restaurants nearby should you want to walk to those as well. The place was very clean and tidy and it was nice and quiet at night. We will definitely look to stay here the next time we go for a game.

This is a nice place just needs a couple fixes for my preferences
The property does have privacy and is arranged very well. The bed is way to soft for me to get comfortable. The AC unit in the living room area is noisy. Perhaps it may have issues. It worked perfectly fine except the noise. The very same unit is in the bedroom but it did not have that issue. The house and the yard were very neat and well maintained. The outside deck is also a nice and very pleasant area to sit.

Comfy, cozy, and cute
This cottage is comfortable, cozy, and very cute. The place is perfect for two people. Page takes very good care of her renters. Everything necessary for a weekend stay, except food is there. One caveat to this cozy stay; the bed is very soft. If you prefer a firm bed, this is not the place for you.

It served the purpose, allowed our two little dogs and son to visit TAMU.
The air conditioners, window units, kept us up all night. The owner allowed us to check in early, which was nice. I never received the 30% discount that VRBO said the owner would apply. Who should really give the discount? Communication was good. It was a last minute trip, so it worked out, but it was not very comfortable and the WiFi was terrible! We used our own data because of how slow the internet connection was for us....

Perfect for us! Close to everything and so quiet!
This is our favorite place to stay in CSTAT! It is super close to campus and every place you need to go. It has a wonderful fenced in area around the cottage that feels private and allows for morning cups of coffee on the porch in jammies! Never a sound at night so we feel like we are out in the country but really close to where we need to be! Thanks, Page! We will be back...AGAIN! :)
