The hotel manager Sheila had housekeeping clean my room while I was away and leave the curtain open with all of my personal items and belongings exposed all day. I returned back to my room in the evening to find curtain open and did know what to think. This behavior put my safety at risk and because I did not feel safe I checked out of the hotel and went some place else I felt more safe. I went back to Knights Inn today to speak with Sheila about her irresponsibly compromising my safety by telling housekeeping to leave the curtain open to my room and to remind her of all the people who are coming up missing and sold into sex trafficking . I told her I wanted a refund. She told me that she was not giving me a refund because I stayed there until 7pm and to do what I have to do and to go because she is not listening to me. I left my hotel room around 7am that morning because I drove into Bryan to do Uber in light of the Chilifest so I was gone ALL DAY. And my room and personal belongings were exposed ALL DAY. I even called the College Station Police Department to standby at the hotel so I could gather my things to go to another hotel. I will be looking into the law/policy that governs the hotels responsibility of care on behalf of its guests. She had no sympathy or concern for how her actions impacted my stay nor how I felt about it as a guest. This was the very worst experience I ever had in any hotel I have stayed in and spent my money with.

Worst place I e ever stayed at. Owner was rude and disrespectful when voicing issues with the room. Excessive amount of black mold in the mini fridge. Floors were visible dirty with trash on it. Towels in room were used and wet. Toiled clogged the entire 1 day stay. I was given a plastic plunger which didn’t help AT ALL. I asked to be moved to a different room and the same conditions were in the new room. WORST PLACE IN BRYAN COLLEGE STATION TO BOOK A ROOM.

I have no idea how this facility received the rating posted on Hotels.com. To say this hotel is a dump is putting it mildly.

Very dangerous unsafe
Wires were exposed in the restroom next to the shower, tile broken inside of the wall exposed smoke alarm ripped down rat feces in the bed ac u it falling off the wall tools on the floor windows spray painted over rat droppings on the sink drinks and drug addicts out side garbage on the steps and elevator blood on the toilet

Not truthful
At check in, they asked for deposit which was not mentioned online. They don't serve breakfast. There was smell of perhaps cigarette ( not sure what it was) everywhere. The entrance way & elevator floor was old, worn out and smells.

My room was relatively clean, but smelled a bit stale. The staff was friendly. My biggest complaint is that there was a lot of noise in the hallway late ate night. The price was reasonable

No hot water. Overwhelmed front office. Old old old. We got there at 2pm and office lady made us come back at 3 for the room key. At 3pm there were 12 people in line. Also, never got my credit card back

Great location, friendly staff, but DIRTY!!!!
Great location and very friendly staff but this place did not feel clean. We stayed in a room with 2 queen beds and it was obvious the sheets had not been changed from the previous guest - we found hair, crumbs, and stains. Also one of the beds was missing sheets. Towels also were very stained and didn’t trust they were washed. The floor had a layer of dust and grime and we were forced to wear shoes the entire time. The entire place is in need of a facelift- pool was disgusting to look at; even though it’s winter I think it could be emptied rather than sit with dark green water and obvious clumps of building mold and bacteria.

Our room smelt like smoke. They checked another person into our room and they walked in on us. The pool was green.

Check in was a mess. First they gave me The wrong key/room number then “blamed me” when I came back to get the new one. The beds weren’t made & there was trash in our room.

Crack motel
The place was not clean, the front desk was rude, there is a voicemail that you must leave to get your calls answered. This was not a hotel, it was a motel. This was disgusting. The price for the room was ridiculous, and the pool water was brown and green.

This motel was pretty basic and other guests were pretty loud all night. The bed was too soft and the toilet didn't flush properly. The receptionists were kind and friendly.

Get what you pay for
Started with receptionist. Had a flat personality. No smiling, robotic, didnt listen. I asked for 1st floor room as i have bad knees. NOPE! Gave me key and it was on 2nd floor. When i said something, without looking at me she said "elevator is at the end.". Yeah..opposite end from my room. Already prepaid, cant change she said. Room door stuck and had to push with body to open. Shower was slippery, no handle to hold, nothing! Almost fell. No. This is not what i wanted but you get what you pay for is correct

They gave me a key to an occupied room. The people were in bed watching TV when i entered. This is a good way to get shot.

The property was very dirty, the front desk person had their child with them, was outside smoking and talking with a man while food delivery’s and room patrons were lined up to get rooms. Dirty sheets/towels were all over the front entry area.

Staff was very nice. No complaints there. Management or owners need to maintain property better. It’s a very old hotel. Our room had broken tile in bathroom, fridge was dingy and gross and was unplugged or not working. Ice machine in hall on first floor was not working and was all torn apart. Staff sent us to 3rd floor ice machine. 3rd floor ice machine was torn apart too with a shop vac sitting next to it ..yuk ! We were desperate and used the ice from that machine …Oh and elevator didn’t work either. Property is in desperate need of power wash and painting. Dirty old hotel - not worth the $215 I spent.

Our first room was filthy. So filthy they moved us. We paid for a king and the 2nd room they moved us to was was a double. At that point, we didn’t even want the hassle. The second room was ok but still could have been cleaner. I didn’t even trust if someone in fact cleaned it, honestly. Even was concerned our sheets weren’t clean. I had it booked for two more weekends but canceled. Will never stay there again. The staff was very friendly. The only good thing about the place.
