Case in affitto a Collegedale

“The townhouse was clean and had great parking. It also has a deck and patio which was a nice surprise. We could her the neighbor next door a little bit, but it was not bad. It is a quiet neighborhood, even though the street is a little busy the road noise wasn't bad. The house is fully equipped with all of your needs. We will stay again on our next river adventure.”

“The cottage was adorable and perfectly set up with anything you would need and more. The owners thought of everything and I mean everything. Also great for walking, which we did this morning before we left. Great layout and it has outdoor space also, that is covered.”

“The house is in a really good location for everywhere we wanted to see and do. It is not handicap accessible you can only access inside the house by climbing several steep steps, the flooring is very uneven which could cause bad falls and the rugs in the bathroom slide. There are two bedrooms with one queen size bed and a third bedroom upstairs with a twin size bed. Only one person in our group was able to get up those stairs. They were very steep and the handrail didn't go all the way up.”

The property is exactly as advertised: Modern, clean, quiet, and has an excellent layout. The open floor plan lends well to individuals with mobility issues. Our hosts were responsive, kind, as well as thoughtful! A previous tenant had destroyed one of the frying...

“Great place to stay.”

“It’s a fairly new build, location isn’t ideal. It seems like the local area is trying to go through a revitalization of sorts. It is predominantly Hispanic businesses and also a lot of vacant buildings. There are very few nearby restaurants or even grocery stores nearby. There are limited kitchen items, especially storage containers if you plan to cook anything. The biggest issue we had was the parking situation. It is very challenging. There are two houses located on a very steep driveway that...

“Highly recommended...”

“The kitchen had ants that I had to keep killing. But the co host helped us with the fire place and we were so appreciative of that !”

“Convenient location to downtown Chattanooga. Property was nice and well equipped. No complaints.”
