“The staff was very friendly, however, the rooms were disappointing. The walls must be very thin because we could hear people talking in the next room and they weren’t arguing. Also, the tub made so much noise when you stood in it that it sounded like it was going to fall through the floor. Grout was missing on the bathroom tile floor and were uneven and crackled. It may have just been the room that we stayed in, but it felt unsafe. The breakfast was disappointing as was our stay.”

“When I make my reservation I make clear the I need a 1 floor, the guy in the counter was rude and say the I need to make the reservation with them not with 3 party, he charge me for my room and I sing the recive, and then he also charge me $10 extra to give me the 1 floor but never told me he was going to do it, I new bc he also charge to the other person $10 for the 1 floor. “The hotel was clean. Our air conditioner would not stay at the temperature we set it to. We had to get up early in the morning to turn it off because it was 63 degrees, but set for 72. Breakfast was paltry.”

“TV did not work, phone didn’t work, room smelled, safety chain lock was pulled out the wall, outlets by bed and bathroom did not work. The manager was curt and wouldn’t make eye contact. It appeared from the men standing in the outside walk way that the majority of the rooms were highway construction workers looking for a cheap room. Across the street stands a Holiday Inn Express which was apparently at full capacity. We will stay there on our trip home.”

“The rooms were really nice, clean, stylish. The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly. Parking was ample abd they are Pet Friendly. My only complaint was i was on the bottom floor which is what i needed, but im pretty sure the people above me had dogs that were running back and forth all night and i mean all night so i wasnt able to enjoy sleep”
