Hotel vicino a Collierville Town Square - Collierville

“The hotel was very well managed and clean. My only comment is the ADA rooms should be closer to the elevator. We stay for 5 nights and my wife has difficulty walking. The elevator is in the middle of the hotel and the ADA/handicapped rooms are at the far end of the hallway. It works well for the guest in room 100 as it is directly next to access to the parking lot. For 300, it was a challenge. Possibly make some ADA rooms near the elevator, not fully handicapped but add the rails in the...

“Great location and friendly staff”

“Clean place, comfortable beds, air conditioner works good. The washer and dryer works works good if you need to use them. No microwave in rooms but there is one in the check-in area to use. There is a menu where you can order/purchase food but that's a hit or miss. We couldn't order it because of "staffing issues". I'm not sure why they have this if a guest can't use it! They have a list of wines but that was a hit n miss as well. Bathroom lighting is very dim, we would have liked it to be...

“Hotel was in a great location with lots of stores and restaurants. Room was cleaned and so was the rest of the hotel. Parking was plentiful. This was a great find just outside Memphis and will be our go to hotel when we travel there.”

“Room was very dirty. Hair every where. Bottom of tub cracked and peeling. Hair in towels and all over the room. Stained comforter and sheets ”

“I was disappointed when they only had lavender shampoo because of an allergy to lavender. I went and asked the staff downstairs if they had any generic shampoo or shampoo like without lavender, even for sale. They said that’s the only shampoo they carry. They told us the pillows did not have feathers because of an allergy we can have them in our room however we found three pillows with feathers.. when we checked in Jam was super helpful. Found this hotel to be adequate. And in a good location....

“The bathtub after taking a shower filled up and took a long time to drain and it was filthy. One of the bedspreads had a cigarette hole in it.”

“We had a terrible experience We booked three rooms and one sweet closer to a wedding venue for my nephew. We had to leave to stay somewhere else because one day they had a fire alarm that they couldn’t control. The next day no power and no WiFi working We had to leave and stay somewhere else to stay and shower . No manager to explain anything or issue credit for our rooms . We left and tried to get Expedia to issue credit or deal with the hamptons in and haven’t heard back from them .”

“I loved the staff all of them were warm ,inviting, welcoming and polite. Breakfast was good and plenty of variety.”

“Front desk personnel could have been much more aware at check-in. Rooms were very clean. It seems to me that one of the most important areas to clean, easiest to maintain, and most often overlooked is the elevator. CLEAN THE INTERIOR OF THE ELEVATOR CARS!”

“My technicians belongings were removed from his room and placed in an area where general public had access to. And eventually stole his stuff. We asked the manager for an explanation on why his staff would not have secured his belongings and he had no answers for us, no recourse offered. He filed a police report and was then asked to leave the property. I will never stay there again or recommend otherwise.”
