“There were roaches in the kitchen area and bathroom. There was hair all over the bathroom and the shower curtain was moldy and wet when we arrived. The fire alarm went off at 430 am and staff said it was set off by some steam from a shower. When I reported the problems the staff member said we will look into it. No resolution was offered.”
