“Almost all of the staff I encountered were unfriendly and not helpful. No information was given at check-in as to the hotel amenities or how to access wifi. The hotel had coned off the handdicapped parking spots leaving those with a handicap unable to find a close spot. This was done presumably for access for the heavy equipment to do work on that side of the building. So why were we given a room on that side of the building that was going to be worked on. The construction/maintenance started...

“Staff was nice and the breakfast was good and beds were clean. My only complaint is there was mold and mildew bad in the bathroom on the ceiling and on the black out blinds on the window had mold and mildew bad.”
