“We tried checking in at 4 pm as check in time was 3 we were told rooms.not ready yet so we left did alittle shoppinf came back at 615 was tols still bot ready we needed to get ready for a event by 7 didnt get our room till 630 ”

“It wasn’t fancy, it was okay. The you lady at the front desk when I was checking out was Amazing. I had lost my ring and when I called back, she went down and checked in our room and held it for me until I was able to get back to them later that day.”

“The first room I was in had bedbugs in it, and they did switch me to a second room where the lighting was flickering throughout the night, which also smelled like smoke the male staff at the front while checking in I was very professional”

The Staff person explained it was an overbooked situation as some guests wanted to extend their stay. There was no communication from this IHG property - none!! We ended driving to Findlay to find availability at 1:00AM. I will never book with ANY iHG property EVER again.”

“Dirty room, very loud heater / AC, the peephole was a literal open hole in the door, uncomfortable beds, room smelled strongly of smoke and mold and aggravated our allergies to the extent that we could not stay there. ”
