“We tried checking in at 4 pm as check in time was 3 we were told rooms.not ready yet so we left did alittle shoppinf came back at 615 was tols still bot ready we needed to get ready for a event by 7 didnt get our room till 630 ”

“The first room I was in had bedbugs in it, and they did switch me to a second room where the lighting was flickering throughout the night, which also smelled like smoke the male staff at the front while checking in I was very professional”

A fresh yogurt dispensing machine using a Wisconsin creamery was excellent-even had ingredients for add-ins such as mini chocolate chips! Staff was ready to help and clean the table after guests finished eating. ”
