Place is great. Minus the strong animal odor in the room caused bad allergy reactions. :( Also, bring earplugs if your a light sleeper. Airflow vent from the ceiling, is so darn loud.

Room was dirty. Brown marks on wall near toilet, greasy slimy marks on door and peephole. Frozen refrigerator. Wall had weird drop marks. AC didn't work. Orange stains on comforter. Super nice home in a quiet neighborhood. Great location and close to anything you’d need. Joe was extremely accommodating to our last minute change of plans due to weather. Beds were very comfortable and home was exactly as pictured! We will be back next time we visit family in Ankeny!
