This is our second time staying in this rental and it was just as good as the first. It was extremely clean, with fresh bedding and towels and there was a fully stocked kitchen with all the supplies we needed for making coffee and cooking/eating meals. Julie is AMAZING with communication and super quick to respond whenever we needed anything or had questions. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're visiting family!

Our family was traveling for Thanksgiving to visit family and needed a soft place to land after busy, fun-filled days. The apartment was the perfect place for our stay, providing comfort and everything we needed. The place is close to downtown where there are a lot of great little shops.

It was a nice clean place to stay. Met our needs.Our only complaint was, the apartment was upstairs, we didn't realize this untill we rented it. It was not easy for 3 seniors with disabilities to handle the steps. We survived. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Second Stay Just as Great as First

This has become our go-to spot when visiting family nearby. Being in walking distance of shopping and restaurants is a major plus. The kids loved visiting the library, card shop, antique stores, and more. It's great to have your own rooms and a little kitchen.

Absolutely Lovely

Very clean, well maintained apartment in a 4-plex building. Top floor. Lots of clean towels, extra sheets and blankets. We didn't cook anything using the stove, but the microwave, TV, washer and dryer all worked great. We stayed over the 4th of July weekend and we can definitely say the AC works GREAT. We really did like it, we were there for 6 nights and had 0 issues. Highly recommend.

We found this VRBO unit to be clean and exactly as described. We didn’t spend much time there because of our schedule, but it suited our needs. I will say that we found it to be a somewhat noisy area. We heard sirens each night and had a wicked storm. These things can’t be helped, but it was certainly a disruption to our sleep at night. This area of town might just be noisier. I would not let this dissuade anyone from staying here, though. The downtown area was very cute and we were able to enjoy a short amount of time at a local festival.

Cute apartment in downtown Collinsville

We were visiting family in Collinsville and could not have been happier with this place. It was super clean and a great setup where each kid had their own bed and we could relax with plenty of space to stretch out, watch TV, play games, or read a book. Both kids never want to stay in a hotel again after this trip. We will definitely look for this place first when visiting again.

Very clean

The apartment was very clean and looked just like the pictures. We did have an issue with a weird smell but the owners were very quick to respond to our concerns and offering solutions. We were only there for a couple days but it was a good place to stay.
