Billy helped us calling the lost & found office at the airport and was very kind! Luiza spoke to us about her experience in Italy in italian language; all guys were fantastic. good continental breakfast at a right rate. Our room was big and clean. Kitchen had everything you need for longer stays and supermarket was a block away. Definitely would stay there again. Highly recommend. ”
