Guest Access:
Guests are granted complete access to the entire residence. For your convenience, a self-check-in system is in place, facilitated by a smart lock that utilizes an exclusive code designated solely for your use.

We cannot guarantee an early check-in before 4pm as we need time to make sure this property is perfect for you before your stay! Please message us on the day of your arrival to see if the property is ready no earlier than 2pm.

Check-in Process: All guests will need to complete our secure, online ID Verification process to receive the door code and check-in instructions. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
1. I agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
2. I acknowledge that I will be required to provide a copy of a valid government issued ID and matching credit card through our online portal prior to check in.

We require a refundable hold on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee by purchasing a damage waiver to stay insured throughout your stay.

AGE REQUIREMENT: The main guest must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted our team before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.

This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited.

-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Love the layout of the house

We enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the house worked well for us because it offered large space but we still feel we’re close to each other because the lower level is not secluded from the rest of the family. My daughter had knee surgery so the stairs were not overwhelmingly high nor steep. All the furnitures were superb! The living sofa reclined, all rooms have TV and recliners. Kitchen was well stocked with necessities. Love the master bedroom, it has a desk that allowed me to work and be separated from others. The oven/stove was high grade. I would have given it 5 stars because the owners/management really took into consideration the customer experience however, there were some minor issues such as: floors were not properly clean, I had to vacuum and sweep myself. We don’t wear outdoor shoes inside the house so when I took my socks, I felt the crumbles (that’s my true test if floors are clean 😀). There was a smell when we first entered the house so we had to air it out. The oven was not working, but Hoste was very responsive and prompt in resolving the issue. It was a nice stay! Thank you for making it convenient.
