The Space:
Welcome to our inviting two-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath property in Colorado Springs, Colorado, the perfect destination for your Colorado getaway. The master bedroom (Bedroom 1) upstairs features a comfortable king-sized bed with all the essentials, including comforters, pillows, and extra blankets. Bedroom 2 on the main level offers a queen-sized bed and the same cozy amenities. Additionally, we have a separate suite (Bedroom 3) nestled in our backyard for added privacy. You'll find this space well-equipped with ceiling fans, window coverings, and ample storage. In addition to the comfortable bedrooms, we provide a dedicated office room for your convenience. Our fully equipped kitchen ensures you have all the essentials for home-cooked meals. Step outside to the spacious backyard with a relaxing sitting area, gas grill, and wood-burning firepit, perfect for making lasting memories in this picturesque Colorado setting. Similar to hotels requiring photo ID upon check-in, we ask that guests provide a copy of their Government Issued ID, matching selfie and credit card to verify identity. This is used to prevent fraudulent reservations, identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. For those who prefer biking, the neighborhood is bike-friendly, and we provide secure storage for your convenience. Additionally, you'll find local bike rental shops nearby, perfect for discovering the city's extensive network of bike trails and lanes. If you're planning to drive, quick access to major highways simplifies your exploration of Colorado Springs and its many attractions, with ample on-site parking available. Public transportation is also a convenient option, with several nearby bus stops connecting you to different parts of the city. For travelers arriving by air, Colorado Springs Airport (COS) is just a short drive away, ensuring a smooth transition to and from our welcoming property. Whether you're venturing out to explore the city's vibrant downtown or embark on scenic outdoor adventures, our central location makes it easy to access everything Colorado Springs has to offer.

We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.
AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

Quiet Hours begin at 10:00pm per city ordinance. Please be courteous of the neighbors during your stay.

This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.
Type of Cooling for the Home
Central AC units are best kept at 68 degrees or above. Due to the lack of humidity in the area if the thermostat is lowered below 68 degrees it is possible that it can freeze the unit if it is working too hard. Unfortunately, it will take 24 hours for the unit to defrost before an HVAC specialist can service it. Our evenings are generally cool in the summertime, simply opening the windows will provide extra natural coolness.
Reminders About the Property
-Please review the sleeping arrangements prior to booking.
-Please keep all trash secure in the bins. Do not leave any trash out overnight for your safety and the surrounding active wildlife in the city's area.
-We do not have onsite maintenance or cleaning unlike hotels but all requests will be taken care of ASAP.

Perfect Family Stay
Our stay was fabulous! As a mother of three littles, I was expecting to have to make a trip to the store, upon arrival, to purchase toiletries and essentials but when we arrived at this home, everything was supplied. It was so nice to take a luxurious shower and each bedroom was perfectly cozy. The kitchen was outfitted with every piece of cookware and utensil we could have needed. Our kids enjoyed all of the games and books. This stay made our family trip comfortable and easy. We are already talking about coming back!
