Colorado trip

The house was very beautiful and the location was breath taking. My only complaint would have to be the master bedroom bed. We I Laid in the bed, I felt like I was gonna roll off to the other side because it was lopsided. Other then that it was beautiful.

Nice olace

The house is very nice - plenty of space for our group. Location is wonderful - easy to get to anything you need. The electrical system needs some attention. Our first night there was no power in the back deck and so we were not able to use the fire pit , grill, light, etc… which was a big reason for renting. The following nh day, the hot tub had no power. All due to electrical issues / problems with breakers. The dishwasher does not work and a few of the beds really do need new mattresses. Otherwise there was plenty of space and the home is well appointed.

Great Family Vacation

We had a great time staying here! It was 2 families, for a total of 11 people and we had plenty of space. Our kids really enjoyed the house and having different areas for smaller groups to hang out was amazing. We had to contact the management group once regarding the projector downstairs, and they were very responsive and were able to help us with the issue during our stay. We also cooked about 4 or 5 meals and the kitchen set up made that very easy. Overall we had a great time on our trip, and this house gave us a wonderful place to relax and spend time with each other in between our activities.

Overall was a great stay for our family.

Well stocked and liked the amenities. Plenty of space for 7 adults to hang out together. Liked the neighborhood and close to stores and restaurants. Only downside was beds are not comfortable.

Colorado Springs 2021

Overall the property worked well for a group of 10 (6 adult and 4 kids). The air hockey table got hours of use by the kids. The deck was very nice and the fire pit made for enjoyable evenings. The only complaints are that 1)the carpets throughout most of the first two levels are BADLY STAINED and the instructions to operate the projection TV on the lower level weren't adequate. The management company sent video instructions which also didn't work. My third request for assistance with the TV went unanswered.

Completely disappointed

Batteries missing from upstairs remotes Used bandaids, candy, candy wrappers and joints found in outside furniture. Projector TV would not work (did send repairs 3rd day in). Wifi signal weak Roku was unusable due to constant buffering. Promised “same day” laundry service. Clothes were picked up Thursday morning and we waited around Friday morning to start our day until about 10:30 with no clothes. When asked for a specific ETA for our clothes while waiting to leave for the day, we were informed they use a third party service and could only tell us “sometime in the morning.” Ended up making our daughter wear some clothes from her male cousin and dirty clothes from prior day and her cousin had to wear weather inappropriate and dirty clothes from prior day. Upstairs front bedroom has broken box springs. Was going to have the two boys sleep on the couch and realized there are no extra blankets or pillows in the house. Only option was sleep on broken bed, or couch with no blankets. House smelled stale and musty upon arrival. Had to open windows to air it out. Did not smell like it was recently (aka that day) cleaned. No cleaning products available. Thermostat is “on schedule for your comfort”. Unable to adjust during the day, ended up being very hot in the house in the afternoons. Good thing the weather was nice. Hot tub was only 88 degrees. Tried to find switch or instructions and only found a paper saying “use lights and jets only”. Turned on jets and lights and had illuminated, bubbly lukewarm water. Communication was delayed at best. Our “personalized code” for entry never worked. Grill is in desperate need of replacement or repair. Upstairs bathroom lock did not work.Downstairs exterior door would not open from the outside. Handle would not activate the strike. Carpet in main floor and downstairs had numerous stains.

Best family vacation

Great location and a beautiful place to vacation. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need and more. Place is spotless. Steve was so helpful. I would stay here again and again and again!!! Thanks for sharing your house with us.
