Welcome to the historic Crescent Estate! This former Bed and Breakfast has been transformed into a delightful haven for your travels with family, friends, and colleagues. Experience the charm of spacious rooms, electric fireplaces in most, and ensuite bathrooms in many rooms. Regardless of the season, you'll find plenty to enjoy—from friendly competition around the pool or foosball table and finding ample space to retreat at the end of an exciting day.

The hot tub is currently unavailable due to maintenance. We appreciate your understanding and are working to have it ready for guest use again as soon as possible.

Third Floor: Unwind in the second living room, perfect for catching up on your favorite shows. This space also features a comfortable memory foam Queen pull-out sofa bed for additional guests and is just steps away from the second kitchen and the 3rd-story balcony.

Main Floor Kitchen: Savor the pleasures of cooking in a large, well-equipped kitchen. It’s stocked with pots, pans, spices, wine glasses, bakeware, and more. Brew a fresh cup or pot of coffee anytime with the Keurig and drip coffee system. Creamer is in the fridge, and sugar is on the counter.

Third Floor Kitchen: Enjoy the convenience of a second fully stocked kitchen with a refrigerator/freezer, range, dishwasher, Keurig, and all the essentials you need.

A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. Prior to booking, the host was very responsive and helpful. However, communication noticeably declined after check-in. While the photos were somewhat misleading, the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained, and the hot water worked consistently, which was a plus.Unfortunately, the adjoining door to the second floor was inaccessible, which caused a significant inconvenience for my guests and me. Additionally, the furniture throughout the property was very old and outdated.There were also maintenance issues that impacted our stay: the bathroom and kitchen sinks were clogged, and the kitchen stove was not functioning properly. We were celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday and had two separate chefs, both of whom confirmed that the stove was inadequate and not working as expected. This affected our planned celebration.

Family vacation - 16 members

Our family of 16 had a wonderful stay. The home is clean and has lots of spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Kitchen is well equipped and has a huge refrigerator. Parking was convenient and the location is great!The backyard table was not very usable, but everything else was comfortable. The upstairs carpet , front yard and backyard need some upkeep.

Colorado chic

The place was large and very accommodating to a large family. There could have been more dishes, utensils and dining room chairs to seat the number of people the house could hold. The location was ideal. The communication with the VRBO was very good. We had some issues with homeless wandering into the backyard. Overall the house worked for our large family.

Nice stay but a few problems

This home was beautiful & very clean. We had a bit of trouble checking in but it was resolved shortly after we arrived. We experienced some problems through out the house but, we understand that it's an old house. We enjoyed our stay but we will find another place next time we visit.
