ā Starter Supply: Weāve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
ā° Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
šµ Additional Fees: A mandatory damage waiver or security deposit will be collected after booking. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed. Please message us ahead of time for pricing and availability.
š Separate Basement Unit: The basement is rented out separately and has its own private entrance. Please note that we only provide street parking. The courtyard is shared with the basement guests, and the hot tub is also shared with other guests on the property.
āØļø Hot Tub Notice: We frequently drain and refill our hot tub to ensure it is clean and sanitary for all our guests! Our water comes from the Rocky Mountains, which can be extremely cold in the winterāsometimes as low as 48Ā°F. The hot tub heats at about 6Ā°F per hour, so if itās been drained and refilled earlier in the day, it may be in the 60s or 70s when you arrive. Rest assured, it is heating as quickly as possible and will be ready for enjoyment later in the evening.
