Recentemente rinnovato e pronto ad andare! Questa ristrutturazione include tutte le nuove vernici, nuovi mobili e arredi in tutta la casa! È semplicemente bellissimo! Questo piccolo gioiello di una casa è situato in posizione centrale tra Manitou Springs e Old Colorado City, a pochi isolati dalla porta sul retro del Garden of the Gods. Facile accesso allo shopping e alle arti culturali di entrambe le città, e in posizione centrale a molte grandi cose da fare all'aperto. Questo noleggio è stato completamente attrezzato con arredi nuovi di zecca, ha un meraviglioso portico anteriore per sedersi, un cortile privato per rilassarsi o grigliare fuori, parcheggio privato e un facile accesso a negozi di alimentari e cibo, letteralmente proprio dall'altra parte della strada. Se stai cercando un posto conveniente e rilassante, questo è il posto giusto!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here at the Emerald Nest. The location is convenient to get to many things down town and is pretty close to the Garden of the Gods as well. It is an older house but the upkeep is well done. We learned to keep the fans on full boar at night in conjunction with the AC units in each room. Had a bit of a problem with one of the AC units at night but Cindy was helpful as we worked to resolve it. Overall, a good stay.

Neighborhood location a bit concerning with homeless population across street.No washer dryer but listed washer dryer. Place really only sleeps 4-5 not 6-8 as listed.

Charming Cottage, Amazing Location

This little historic home exceeded all our expectations. The host was amazing, and made check incredibly easy. With walking distance to Garden of the Gods and a five minute minute drive to both Manitou Springs and Old Colorado City, we couldn't have asked for a better location. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, cute house in the heart of Colorado Springs.

This is an older house that retains all the charm, but has any updates you need. The kitchen has windows on two sides, adding to the cottage feel. The living room is comfortable and the bedrooms are plenty large with lovely nature inspired decor. The beds were very comfortable. There is plenty of outdoor seating and a fire pit in the yard. There was a gas grill which we used once. The location was convenient to our daughter’s house and not far from downtown and restaurants. It’s also close to Garden of the gods and the town of Manitou Springs.

Sweet Little House

This house was just right for our visit to Colorado Springs. The front porch was a great spot for hanging out, and the back yard would have been as well if it hadn't been rainy. Everything was as nice as the descriptions and photos showed. I would gladly stay there again.

The home was very comfortable and a nicely decorated! We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The beds were oh so comfortable! So many things to see and do close by. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Cozy and sweet

Beautiful, clean, fantastic place to stay!

We absolutely loved this property from the moment we walked in. It is an incredibly welcoming,cute place to stay with a great location. Parking was really convenient as well. It was great to have so many options for restaurants, along with a grocery store for items needed. The only suggestions I have are that there would be more than 2 small trash cans in the house. Also, it would be nice to have a bit more privacy in the back yard to the neighbors on the right side of the property. We had absolutely no issues, however, it was very difficult to tell where the property lines were, and we didn't want to be a bother. These are just very, very minor things, and would not change my mind for recommending / staying at this property again. Thank you for sharing your nest with us!! :)

Great Location

The location was great with easy access to all the sites we planned to see while we were in Colorado Springs. The home is older, the beds were comfortable, the flowers in the backyard are beautiful but the bees liked them too and the individual air-conditioning units were adequate but if you like it cold for sleeping it might not be enough.

Great getaway

It was the perfect size for our family. Everything was clean and great! Loved how close it was to Manitou and Garden of the Gods. Cindy was very helpful when the electronic lock would not work. No issues and definitely recommend!
