Posizione, posizione, posizione !! A pochi passi dal Giardino degli Dei e dal Castello di Glen Eyrie, a 15 minuti dall'Air Force dell'Aeronautica Militare, dalla Grotta dei Venti, dal Museo Olimpico e dal Centro di Addestramento, ed escursioni a piedi e in bicicletta!
Godetevi gli interni ben arredati di questa casa personalizzata e il delizioso patio e giardino, area prato e grande ponte (con grill propano). Quando non ti rilassi dalla fontana, goditi un giro di ferri di cavallo o buche di mais. Con quattro camere da letto con aria condizionata e tre bagni completi questa casa dorme comodamente 8. (La quarta camera da letto funge anche da sala TV). Il soggiorno ha un letto a scomparsa per cui il sonno totale per gli adulti può arrivare fino a 10. La camera da letto principale ha un lettino per bambini ai piedi del letto e un'altra camera ha una culla. Sono disponibili anche un portacrib e seggioloni. C'è una lavanderia e un soppalco che è attrezzato come area giochi per bambini. Ci sono quattro solarium, tranquilli e distinti come sale di lettura e stanze di ispirazione (una è lo studio di un artista).

La cucina è attrezzata con elettrodomestici grandi e piccoli ed è completamente attrezzata. C'è un'isola con un blocco macellaio e sgabelli da bar. La sala da pranzo ha un tavolo che può ospitare fino a 8 persone e può ospitare fino a 12 posti. Il tavolo del patio sui posti a sedere 6. Ci sono due grandi televisori a schermo, uno nello studio e uno nella camera da letto principale e c'è la connessione internet wireless e Dish TV.

Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City e la ferrovia a cremagliera sono a 15 minuti di distanza. Le opportunità per fare escursioni, andare in bicicletta e fare jogging non mancano. Puoi fare escursioni, guidare o prendere la ferrovia a cremagliera fino a Pike's Peak. In inverno goditi lo sci da discesa a Breckenridge, Monarch, Keystone, A Basin ecc. Sci di fondo e slitte trainate da cani sono disponibili a Monarch Mountain. Il rafting è disponibile in molte località con un paio d'ore di viaggio.

Vieni e goditi un rilassante rifugio in Eden 2. Farà un'ottima base di partenza per gli eventi dell'Air Force Academy o per qualsiasi escursione a Colorado Springs o in montagna.

Located close to many activities so it made it convenient to go back & forth to the house. We had two babies age 2 & under. The convenience of a crib, portable crib, high chairs & a great play room with books & toys was ideal. Host were awesome & prompt to respond to us.

Very excellent property ! Excellent location ! And after a hard day of hiking and touring "most" of the sites around Colorado Springs, it was amazing to come home to a silent, peaceful and serene setting in a beautiful neighborhood. All and everything you need for a very relaxing retreat !

We had a great week at this home - it was in a great neighborhood and was close to many of the activities we had planned. Weather could have been nicer so that we could have utilized the patio/decks, but just had a cold/wet couple of days last week.Great interactions with the owners - thanks for making the trip enjoyable.

We came with 5 adults; two couples and a single. The accommodations were well suited for both privacy and togetherness. The house is full of interesting things to view and experience. The neighborhood is quiet and close to many scenic attractions, with easy access to Interstates. We were out and about most of the time, and coming back each evening was safe and pleasant. Communication was easy and overall, it was a really nice place to stay!

Diane and Dave were great hosts. This was a perfect place to stay to visit nearby family while having access to Pike's Peak, Garden of the Gods, and groceries, etc. The place had all we needed, was clean, and Diane and Dave ensured they were accessible for anything we needed.

This was perfect house as the location was 5 minutes from our house and lots gor kids to do. Had plenty of space as most grandkids eanted to stay with us. But we all cooked dinner 2 nights in zVRBO which was fabulous. All the kitchen ware was at hand!! Would rent again if lot of family comes to visit

Our stay was excellent. David and Diane have thought of everything. Great amenities, and attention to detail. The stairs are a bit difficult if mobility is a concern. We would definitely return to this interesting home and peaceful back yard.

We enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everything -Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Old Town Colorado Springs and Downtown Colorado Springs. The house was very nice and clean. The house had everything we needed and the hosts were very responsive and accommodating. Overall, we had a great experience.

Our stay was so perfect and comfortable. They thought of everything you could possibly ever need. Beds were comfortable. The solariums were nice spaces. There was plenty of room for each of us, from gamers to toddlers to late sleepers and early risers. The hosts were the NICEST and SWEETEST people with empathetic hearts and adoring souls. Lovely people and a wonderful stay! We’re already planning our next trip back!

This is a great property if you are looking to be really close to Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, and Manitou Springs. We relaxed on the many cozy porches after long days of sightseeing. Dave and Diane are great communicators and the check in process is so smooth and easy. We love this place and can’t wait to go back!

We were traveling with our three kids so we wanted to be in a safe area but also close to some of the attractions. We enjoyed the welcoming feel to Dave and Diane’s home. It was very clean with lots of different seating options inside and outside. The two youngest enjoyed the tree swing and some of the toys in the loft. If I had questions, the hosts were super quick at responding and always helpful. We will recommend them to anyone who is vacationing in Colorado Springs.

We loved our stay in this beautiful home. Quiet neighborhood and just minutes away from everything we wanted to see! It was a very spacious home for our family of 9. Everything you need is right at your finger tips. The kitchen has everything we needed to cook a meal. And we enjoyed the deer that decided she wanted to stay a few nights with us too chilling in the front yard! Lovely home and would highly recommend.

Spacious, nice house with warm, familial touches in virtually every room. It was a great place to share a family meal, plan the next day's adventure and get a superb night's rest. Very peaceful and beautiful neighborhood, with breathtaking views literally just outside the front door. Located so close to so many must-see and must-do things. My family gave this home an A+. And I agree.

This lovely home was a great place to stay for our week long visit. Plenty of showers, great play area and books for our three year old. A stroller was available which was very helpful! There outside areas were great to enjoy. The a/c was only in the bedrooms. Highly recommend this warm welcoming home.

This lovely house is located near many tourist attractions, the U.S. Air Force Academy, grocers, restaurants, coffee shops, etc. Diane and Dave provide so much above and beyond what is typically provided: fully stocked pantry and kitchen, coffee, soap, shampoo/conditioner and lotion, games (horseshoes and cornhole) in the backyard, etc. Beds are very comfortable and we were grateful for the AC units in the bedroom windows. Lovely antiques, art, and collectibles throughout the home to admire. We had a lot of fun and enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay here. My kids loved the play area upstairs, the space outside was absolutely beautiful! And the hosts were super responsive and very friendly. We would love to revisit someday!
