Adoriamo affittare case quando viaggiamo. Abbiamo acquistato questo nuovissimo immobile in affitto per far divertire famiglie come la nostra!

Questa casa con 5 camere da letto ha in mente famiglie e servizi per le vacanze! Un piccolo salotto per un caffè o una conversazione ti saluta quando entri nella porta. La planimetria si apre sulla zona giorno che ha un comodo divano per guardare film e una zona pranzo per condividere un pasto. La cucina è completamente fornita di tutto il necessario per preparare un pasto insieme. Il livello superiore ha 4 camere da letto e una lavanderia. C'è una master suite con un letto matrimoniale e una cabina armadio che ha una culla (per chi ha un bambino). Due delle altre camere hanno letti queen size e la quarta camera ha 2 letti singoli. La lavanderia si trova al piano superiore! Ha una lavatrice e asciugatrice full size e una zona pieghevole!

Il seminterrato finito è lo spazio per DIVERTIMENTO! Un futon e sacchi di fagioli, una TV a grande schermo, una Xbox 360 e un tavolo da gioco con una vasta gamma di giochi è il posto dove giocare! Trascorri ore insieme o manda i bambini in una zona di gioco senza preoccupazioni! C'è anche una quinta camera da letto nel seminterrato con un letto matrimoniale! Il cortile è recintato e ha un ampio patio per grigliare e sedersi su alcuni mobili accoglienti mentre si prende il sole del Colorado!

Questa casa si trova a pochi passi da un piccolo parco di quartiere, una stazione di benzina, Backyard Bar and Grill e altri piccoli negozi e ristoranti. . Si trova a un miglio di distanza dall'autostrada (1-25). Monument è una pittoresca cittadina che ha diversi negozietti e punti di ristoro, caffetterie e ha accesso a Santa Fe Trailhead. Colorado Springs è a pochi minuti.

Questa casa è stata appena costruita ed è pulita e nuova di zecca! Le foto più aggiornate arriveranno presto ... non volevamo che nessuno perdesse l'opportunità di soggiornare in questa bellissima casa nuova di zecca!

Great Christmas stay

The property was great as advertised. They had a lighted full size Christmas tree for our enjoyment. Our entire family got together for the first time in many years. We had a wonderful time.

Inviting and Loving

Our whole family was incredibly impressed with this home! They were so hospitable with all the generous resources that were there at the home. They weren't even there, but it felt inviting and loving the moment we walked in. By far the best rental we've ever stayed in.

South Carolinians in Monument

Meghan's beautiful house was perfect for our family. There were 9 of us who fit perfectly in the 5 bedrooms. It was a very nice 4-night visit to Colorado, thanks to our stay in Meghan's house! Meghan relieved our stress by offering extra time in the house because of the blizzard. We WERE able to get to the airport, but she was so sweet and hospitable to us. I don't know when we will get to the Colorado Springs area again, but we would definitely stay with Meghan again!!!! Her house was supplied with everything we needed, and we wished we could have stayed longer. We did quite a bit of traveling around the area, and it was nice that the house is so close to I-25, convenient to reach all the nearby towns... like Colorado Springs, Peyton, Castle Rock, and Denver.

We were in town for a wedding in Palmer Lake. This house was a great location, close to the highway and easy to travel to/from. Nicely decorated, clean, comfortable and everything we needed. Great communication and wonderful to work with!

Perfect VRBO House and Host

Stayed at the house in October with several friends and we LOVED it. House was clean and well equipped with everything we could have wanted for both staying and cooking. Plenty of space. Could not have been better, 12/10.

Fabulous House!!

We stayed here for our son’s graduation from the Air Force Academy. The location was perfect!! The house had every amenity needed to make meals for family. We loved grilling out and having dinner on the beautiful patio. There was enough space for everyone to spread out and our young adult children enjoyed the basement area to watch tv away from the adults. This was the best house we’ve stayed in by far. Our whole family said it’s a 5 star house.

The House was just as described and the pictures were dead in! It was PERFECT for our family who were attending our daughters wedding. The location was perfect, the neighborhood very nice and we were close to everything! All of the bedrooms were big, the bed sizes were perfect for our group needs! Felt like home.

Thanksgiving 2023

This is a great house with plenty of space for a large family and friends. We were a party of 8 with one person visiting from Denver. We were able to cook Thanksgiving dinner in a fully equipped kitchen and we watched a lot of football. The home was clean, well stocked and the beds were comfortable! Thank you!

Fantastic Home close to USAFA

Our family of 7, mostly teens and young adults, had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy this beautiful home. Location was convenient to USAFA which was helpful as we made several trips back and forth. The home is well equipped with everything you need. Checking in and out was a breeze and owners were responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Excellent Experience!

A group of extended family members from Wisconsin stayed here for a family wedding. This was the perfect home for us and our needs. Multiple bedrooms and bathrooms to accommodate everyone. The location was great! A simple drive for sightseeing and an easy walk to gas station and some restaurants. Megan was excellent to work with and checked in via text to see if everything was ok. The house is beautiful and clean and worked well for us!

Fit our needs.

Needed a place to stay in town for friends and family in town for a wedding. Communication with owners was excellent, place was nice and clean, had everything we needed. Maybe a few less pillows on the bed would be only comment, but thats my personal opinion.

Excellent location, beautiful and clean house

We stayed here for my cousin's 50th birthday celebration hosted at the Woodmoor Country Club, which was only 10 min away. There were a 5 of us, friends and family. It is a 3 story home (including the basement). There is 4 bedrooms on the 3rd level. One of them is a master with a bathroom. The other 3 do not have a bathroom, but there is a full bathroom on the 3rd level to share. The 2nd level ground level has a living room, half bath and a stufy/flex seating room. Wonderful views of the mountains and spacious backyard. And the basement is like an apartment without a kitchen. It had a seating area, bedroom and full bath. This was a wonderful house for us. Very comfortable and clean. We will definitely plan to stay here again when we come back and visit. Very spacious. We could have had another 3 or 4 guests comfortably. Highly recommend.
