  • Our spacious craftsman has a large lot with a long driveway and street parking. The home is newly remodeled with a beautiful open concept living room and kitchen. Two bedrooms with queen beds are upstairs while the basement holds the laundry area, a large family room and the main bedroom with two twin beds.

Wonderful stay at this home in Colorado Springs. We loved the front porch for morning coffee and happy hour. Great neighborhood. Close to Garden of the Gods and OCC eateries.The home itself was fantastic. Perfectly stocked and easily one of the best we’ve stayed in. Thank you and we’d definitely stay here again.

Very nice place on a quiet residential block. Great location, close to downtown, old Colorado City, and the CC campus. Kitchen was great. Would stay again 10/10!

The home was immaculately clean! Well stocked with anything you may need, plus more! Hosts were thoughtful, helpful and very friendly. Nice centralized location, quiet neighborhood. I will absolutely book this home again on my next visit to Colorado Springs.

My two adult kids and I were in town for a wedding. The house was much cheaper than hotel rooms and was the obvious pick of the available rentals.We loved the house, the decorating and proximity. I would definitely recommend the house.

Every morning started with a coffee on the front porch, I could see the top of the mountains. Loved the coffee bar!Location was great, plus we could walk to 7-eleven.Our only suggestion would be to update all the hard bed mattresses. The basement bedroom could use a ceiling fan, it was a little stuffy. We would stay at this house again.

Beautiful home! Very well stocked super clean and organized! If you forgot it, it was likely in a cabinet. Spent a perfect evening by the fire pit and coffee on the cutest front porch in the morning. Great location! Quiet and close to everything. My only complaint was we only stayed 2 nights out of our trip to Colorado. I would highly recommend this property to anyone staying in Colorado Springs.

The home was charming, very clean and every convenience thought of. The neighborhood was nice and the perfect launching spot for adventures in the day and hanging out by the forepit in the evening. Jami was very responsive and check in and check out were a breeze. We can't wait to come back!

The home was clean and welcoming. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Jami, our host, was fast to respond and provided good directions for check-ins and check-outs. The only thing was that you couldn’t shower at the same time doing laundry. But overall, it was still a very good value and worth our stay.

This rental is perfect for a visit to Colorado Springs.The location is perfect, right off of 24 and in old Colorado city. It’s close to great restaurants and shopping. Nearby are Gatden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, and Cave of the Winds.The house is family-friendly with 3 bedrooms, 1 which has 2 twin beds.The owners are very thoughtful and had everything a weary traveler needs for convenience. A full coffee bar, every type of utensil, cookware and plating.One highlight was the washer/dryer. After 11 days of being on the road, having the washer/dryer was so convenient. Although we brought our own detergent, they provided detergent, pods, and laundry sheets.
