You can walk to the neighborhood dog park, many playgrounds, multiple trails, and the lake where you can paddle board or fish, then head out to explore Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, downtown Colorado Springs, or the U.S. Air Force Academy. Back at the house, fire up the gas grill, enjoy the mountain views from the patio or fire pit, or get cozy by the gas fireplace in the familyroom. In the Summer free concerts are every Wednesday at Gateway Park, and Food Truck Fridays happen in Braden Park.
