  • Cozy and comfortable 1 bedroom, 1 bath surrounded by beautiful Rocky Mountain views. Updated farmhouse decor with true homey feel, featuring local artist's work . Includes pull out queen sofa bed with new mem foam mattress in living room. Relax in the private backyard . Within walking distance to shops, restaurants, art gallery, or museums. Full modern kitchen, and BBQ grill. Gas fireplace, washer/dryer, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, onsite parking, smart TVs, coffee bar. Quiet, safe neighborhood. Please note: We have a 14 day maximum length of stay. Townhouse shares an interior wall with our unit but completely private and well insulated between for complete privacy. NO SHARED SPACES, even in the backyard - privacy fence gives complete privacy from neighbors.

Couldn't be happier. Host graciously helped accommodate an early check-in, we all (including our dogs) had a great stay, and the location was super convenient.

This place was perfect for my husband and myself. It had everything you could imagine that you would need. We were in the area to attend a wedding and wedding activites all weekend, so we did not spend too much time at the property. Owners were very responsive and really care about your visit. I would highly recommend this property if you are in the area of Woodland Park.

10/10. Deb’s place is the BEST! So clean, spacious, and scenic. The views are stunning. And it’s soooo close to Charis Bible College where we were attending a family Bible conference. We enjoyed the backyard and neighborhood as much as the place itself. Not one single detail is overlooked. From all the cooking ware/utensils and appliances (washer/dryer, stove/oven/dishwasher,etc.) imaginable to the best smelling soaps and even yummy snacks, this place has it ALL! We would absolutely stay here again! God bless you and yours, Deb!

Perfect Trip

The hosts were so amazing and responsive to any questions we had. The location is great and is centrally located for those who don’t want the tourist crowds but be within a quick drive to anything. Would highly recommend this spot to stay. Would stay here again.

We met our son there & invited friends over for a glass of wine.

This VRBO is some place we'll stay at everytime we travel to Colorado. The place is always clean and has everything we need and the location is beautiful.

It was a lovely home. It had a nice fenced in area for my dog. The kitchen was fully equipped and nice size. The bed was comfortable.

The townhouse was amazing. The owner had so many added touches to make the home super comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was stocked with many nice extras.It was a wonderful stay and I will come again if we come back to the area. We were so blessed to be able to stay here.
