Casa di proprietà su 3 acri vicino all'Air Force dell'Accademia

Nuovo nel 2008, questa casa di proprietà di 6000 piedi quadrati è situata su tre ettari nelle colline del Colorado Rocky Mountain, e ha una vista a 360 gradi dalle sue numerose finestre panoramiche. Lampone Mountain, Mount Herman, e Elephant Rock sono tra le attrazioni turistiche. Cervi e volpi serpeggiano attraverso i campi della proprietà
e boschi. Il quartiere è molto tranquillo, e tutti i vicini hanno case su misura per almeno 2,5 ettari.

L'enorme master suite al piano superiore ha un camino a gas, lui e lei lavandini, cabina armadio, e una persona due angolo vasca idromassaggio finestra. The house is wonderful. Large, airy and very clean. All the amenities you could ask for were provided. The views from every rooms are amazing and the back porch/deck is huge. The neighborhood is quiet and safe. My family really enjoyed staying here and we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Property!

My family loved this home! And when I say they have everything that you need there, I mean it! When we booked, the owner told me all we needed to bring was our toothbrush and clothes. They meant it! It had more amenities than any other home we've stayed at.The home is beautiful, super clean, and the views are amazing. The neighborhood is quiet and close to town if you need or want to run in to eat or shop. The owners are friendly, and responded to any of my questions promptly.10 out of 10 stars. Would highly recommend, and would stay here again.

USAFA Graduation Week home away from home

Family from 4 states joined together to celebrate our youngest son's graduation from the United States Air Force Academy. Our ages ranged from 5 months to 69 years old. This property had plenty of room and was fully equipped inside and out. If we forgot anything the property owner's had us covered.They thought of everything a traveler could want or need.

Great views, ample space and comfortable furniture.

Our family was so pleased to stay at this house. Most mornings we'd brew a pot of coffee and enjoy the views from most any window in house. There were 6 adults. Marie and David's home allowed plenty of space for our family to spread out. It also has family areas large enough to visit and play games. It was centrally located which allowed us to enjoy activities in the Denver area as well as Colorado Springs. We were especially thankful that the bedding was washed in "free and clear" detergent. We normally have to bring detergent and wash things as soon as we arrive.

Beautiful Home with Lots of Space

We were very comfortable in this home, which is saying a lot. There were a few issues that we made the owner aware of and I'm sure they will address them going forward. Loved the common living area/great room, the deck and spacious bedrooms. Also extra living areas if you have a lot of family, which we didn't even use during our stay. Need shampoo, conditioner, a lotion? They leave a generous supply of anything you might need. Also pleased to see condiments in the fridge and we left some for the next renters. Hate to throw out food at the end of a stay and who needs to buy another ketchup at their VRBO? Owners were super easy to work with and always gracious. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home

The house was beautiful with plenty of space. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals. Everything you need is within minutes. David and Marie where extremely helpful and gave great pointers about the area. The family had a wonderful time!

Monument Colorado vacation

We want to thank Marie and David for allowing us to stay in their beautiful home in Monument Colorado. The home and setting was comfortable and we had mule deer nestled in the shrubs. The location was perfect for the wedding we attended at Spruce Mountain Ranch.

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

Gorgeous very roomy property! We had plenty of space to be together and to be apart. Chef's kitchen along with views out of this world. Only 1 mile to our daughter's wedding venue - Pinecrest- and fast and easy access to COS via the interstate. Would heartily recommend this property and the hosts.
