Great stay! Perfect for 2 families!

Lots of space for kids. We loved the basement for them and the fussball table. Everyone enjoyed the hottub. House had everything you need. Would definitely stay again!

Family family home

This home was perfect for our family reunion! Close to everything. Comfortable home - loved sitting in the hot tub after a day of touring. Easy check in/out process - highly recommend!!

Great house and great location

We really enjoyed this house. Plenty of room for our party of five and everything was in working order. The location was close to all the things we wanted to do (Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou, Royal Gorge) and served as a great home base. Would highly recommend!

Thanksgiving Getaway

The house was a perfect fit for our family and a wonderful location, close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. The game/tv room was perfect for the young adults. The host checked in with us to make sure our stay was going well. The outdoor space was great!!!

Excellent Stay

We really enjoyed the house. 6 of us (3 generations) liked being able to spread out and the house had everything you would want/need. The hot tub was a nice extra too, we used it each day we were there. The location was great as it was central to all the things we wanted to do around CO Springs. The host was also quick to respond to questions. We’d definitely stay here again.

Close to everything

This is a thoughtfully renovated vacation rental that is spotlessly clean and well-equipped - especially if you've got kids! We enjoyed the xeriscaped patio, hot tub and fire pit. The house is 3 min from the supermarket and 10 min from both Garden of the Gods and downtown Colo Spgs. It was perfect for our extended family!

Family Vacation

Our family of 6 stayed here and we had a great time. The location of the house is great. We found places not too far to watch the sunrise overlooking the Garden of the Gods. So beautiful. My grandsons 17 and 15 loved the basement of the house. Every night they enjoyed the hot tub, there is a fire pit outside too, we did s'mores. The beds was so comfortable. The host was awesome communicated with us on check in day. Would highly recommend this house to anyone

Great location

This is an older home in a great location. Close to everything we wanted. Communication with the host was easy and very responsive. Had some cleanliness issues we addressed with host. Could use more toys and games. Hot tub was in great condition and fun to have. Check in and out was easy.

Perfect house and location!

House was so clean and spacious. We enjoyed the hot tub almost every night! I reached out to the owner to tell him the coffee maker wasn't working. He was very responsive and had a new coffee maker at the house before lunch. Great location! Hoping my son will be attending the Air Force Academy next year and we will definitely stay at this property again.

Amazing Stay!

Erik, thank you for sharing this amazing property. Very convenient location. House was close to everything! The kids loved seeing deers every morning, and the view and neighborhood was great. Family LOVED it. Kids really enjoyed the foosball table, and the hot tub and fire pit was nice as well. Only feedbacks I have since we always like to cook is maybe replacing the frying pans (nonstick is gone on the pans), and also more things in the kids play room. Other than that, everything we needed for a great stay was available to us. Our first time in Colorado, and now our favorite place! Will definitely be back next year.

Newly renovated

The house is a circa 1950, ranch that has been renovated. It was clean and generally well maintained. We loved the hot tub. Our 3 year old liked the outside playhouse, corn hole game, toys and books. The finished basement was perfect for our son, his wife and their son. We had the upstairs. Both had large flat screen TVs. There was a grocery about a mile away. Although we felt safe, most houses in the neighborhood were not as well maintained as the one we were in.

True home-away-from-home convenience and an excellent sight-seeing starting point!

This property was a perfect jumping-off point for all our Colorado Springs vacation activities. Perfect access to great in-town locations and well situated for getting to Garden of the Gods, Royal Gorge ... all the things! The home itself was clean, comfortable, and very functional/practical for accommodating our family of four + Grandma. The layout offered great places to play, plenty of space to prep meals, do puzzles, etc. Two-on-two foosball was a really fun way to end most evenings, and the hot tub was great for winding down after the kids had gone to bed. (Despite the week's record heat.) On that note, the backyard was also notably great -- well-kept, with a fun playhouse for the kids, extra fenced privacy for the hot tub, and a very nice BBQ grill. We encountered one issue, a blown capacitor on the AC unit. This has happened repeatedly at our home too, and always on the weekend. We messaged Erik, who came out and tried his best, but getting a hold of the right capacitor is difficult outside of regular business hours. Erik was apologetic and helpful, bringing in an extra fan, he even offered to install a window-unit. The problem was fixed the very next day, shortly after the HVAC supply shop had opened to sell him the part. (Thank you Erik!) The house had all the amenities you could want and is located in what is certainly CS's most convenient neighborhood. More importantly, our contact Erik was very responsive, kind, and generally great to deal with.
