Questa casa ha 6 camere da letto private e 3 bagni completi - 3 camere da letto sono al primo livello, tra cui la master suite e altre 3 al piano inferiore. La proprietà è situata in un tranquillo ambiente familiare ed è a pochi passi da un parco pluripremiato con sentieri. Rilassarsi in un cortile privato recintato sul patio parzialmente coperto con grill a gas e pozzo del fuoco.

Cottonwood Creek Park and Recreation Center è un parco comunitario pluripremiato di 77 acri che offre tavoli da picnic, scivoli e altalene, parco giochi per slitte sulla neve, quattro campi da calcio, tre campi da softball / baseball, campi da tennis, campo da hockey in linea, campo da golf su disco e percorsi pedonali / podistici. Il centro ricreativo è una struttura YMCA con piscina coperta e centro fitness ed è disponibile al pubblico su base pay-per-day.

Questa casa è perfetta per la laurea e gli eventi dell'Air Force Academy. Si trova a soli 12 minuti dall'ingresso South Gate al largo della I-25.

The house was everything we wanted and needed for our long weekend family gathering. There was room foe everyone to gather. All the bedrooms were welcoming with lots of space and luggage racks. The basement had toys for the little ones and the backyard was amazing. We would definately stay here again!

It was the easiest vrbo experience. Check-in and check-out was so simple and easy. You can just show up straight to the vrbo, no need to pick up and drop off a key. The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The backyard was great. It’s about 20 minutes away from a really fun downtown area. The vrbo owners were incredibly kind. It was an amazing experience, and I’m so glad we picked this vrbo.

Great stay!

The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of bedrooms and space for everyone. The kitchen was well stocked. The backyard was great for eating and enjoying the beautiful weather. The house was very clean and the host was friendly and communicative.

Colorado Springs Home

The home was very well appointed with everything one needs and then some! We really appreciated the backyard with firepit and gazebo with sun shades and a large dining table. There were tons of toys and games for all ages to enjoy and we were pleasantly surprised with all the kitchen and bathroom extras! The house is in Colorado Springs, not Manitou Springs and isn’t very close. The home is wonderful and quite large. The neighborhood is covenant controlled with small yards and very little to no privacy outdoors. I found the listing a bit misleading. There were quite a few rules that weren’t disclosed until after I booked and couldn’t cancel. Although the yard can accommodate 8 adults and 3 kids we had to be vigilante about any activities and noise as the neighbors are so close. It would be perfect for those looking for a quiet escape with a large group.

Loads of space!

This home was perfect for our staff retreat. Everyone had their own comfortable bedroom and the living spaces were big enough to hold us all. The kitchen is very well appointed, making meal prep quick and easy. Lois was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful!

Comfortable family stay

My family (8 adults) had a great time staying here for a long weekend. The house had everything we needed and plenty of space for all of us. We especially enjoyed spending mornings and evenings on the back patio wnd the proximity to the park and shopping. Check-in/out and communication with the owners were seamless.

Pre and post wedding stay

This was a beautiful house and perfect for the siblings, parents, and grandparents of the bride. There was plenty of room for the 10 of us. We enjoyed all the space and even had enough room to host brunch with the grooms family the day after the wedding. The outside patio area was a beautiful setting for brunch and the evening campfires. Definitely will stay here again next time we are in the area.

This house worked perfectly for us

We enjoyed the fire pit (S’mores!), the kitchen and the spacious rooms and bathrooms. The owners were extremely responsive (more toilet paper, please!) and communicative. We were close to our activities in the Springs and to where our family in Colorado Springs lives. It seems silly to mention this very small thing but I would recommend a small cutting board. The one provided was quite large. Otherwise, everything we needed for cooking was provided. And we DID cook! We didn’t use the grill mainly because my son-in-law who lives here has a grill and cooked for us. OH! One other silly thing. The shower in the master bedroom puzzled me. How to turn it on?? My husband figured out: pull down on the bottom of the spout. It wasn’t apparent and I’d never encountered such a mechanism! Perhaps a small note in that bathroom about how to trigger the shower would be helpful for non-mechanical folks like me. Ha!

Great Home in a Great Location

This property was perfect for our extended family of 11. There were 7 adults and 4 children ages 2-5. We had plenty of room. The house was clean and comfortable and exactly as posted in the pictures. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable- towels, washcloths, paper towels, toilet tissue, shampoo, soap, dish and laundry detergent, coffee, filters, etc. There were also toys and games provided for the children. This is especially helpful because we’re not able to bring many toys when we’re traveling by plane. The kids had fun playing in the downstairs den while the adults were able to watch ballgames and visit in the upstairs den. The house was also conveniently located to several of the attractions we wanted to see in the Colorado Springs area. We were about 30 minutes from the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, the Pikes Peak Cog Railway Depot in Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds and the Flying W Ranch. Lois was a great host and gave us ideas of things to do to make our stay more enjoyable. She was very thorough in her expectations and responded in a timely manner to any questions I had. I would highly recommend this home if you’re staying in Colorado Springs. I would plan to stay here again if we are so blessed to be able to come back to this area.

Great family space

Perfect for our extended family of 10

This house is located close to anything you might want to do. We traveled to Cañon City and Manitou Springs. Great location. The floor plan was incredible for our group. Everything was very comfortable and cozy. Loved it. Would stay here again if ever in The Springs.

Great home, very clean and spacious, comfortable beds

We had a great stay at this very clean home. The host, Lois, was extremely accommodating. She thought everything to make our stay very comfortable. We all loved our beds and the soft sheets. The home had everything we could possibly need and the check-in/check-out process was clear and easy. Will definitely stay here again if we are able to come back to Colorado Springs. Strongly recommend!

Beautiful home and decor! We had plenty of space for our group of 9 to gather in the common areas but also to spread out when we wanted. The outdoor/patio and basement/play areas were definitely favorites! Checking in/out was a breeze and instructions were simple and easy to follow!

The home was exactly as listed. All the rooms are great, plenty of space. Backyard was very nice. Parking was good with the garage available. Excellent Property!

We had a family group of 11 - 8 adults and 3 kids and the property was perfect for our needs. First impressions are important and when we walked in the front door, the house smelled clean and it was. We used all the beds in the house and all of the mattresses were comfortable. There was plenty of seating for all us both at tables and on couches. Water pressure in the bathrooms was great too. We were very pleased with everything about the property and Lois was quick in her responses and very friendly. It really is a great property.

Military funeral

This property was perfect for our family and the location was only about 20 minutes away from the Air Force Academy where the funeral service was. The communication with the owner was excellent. I would definitely recommend this property to others.
