Our ranch-style home has been thoughtfully remodeled to provide a unique and comfortable stay, featuring breathtaking views right from the backyard! With a master suite on the main level and three additional bedrooms, there's plenty of space for everyone. We’re conveniently located just minutes from Quail Lake (perfect for kayaking or paddleboarding!), the World Arena, downtown Colorado Springs, and the Broadmoor. Easy access to I-25 makes exploring all the local attractions a breeze.

You'll have the entire house and its exceptionally large backyard all to yourselves, ensuring complete privacy and tranquility. Enjoy the unique panoramic mountain views from the back of the property, a sight you won't find anywhere else.
Any smoking must be done outdoors. NO EXCEPTIONS. A $500 fee is charged if there is evidence of smoke in the house.

🚭 No Smoking:
Absolutely no smoking inside the property.
📦 Mail Policy:
No mailing packages to the home. Long-term guests may inquire about exceptions.
🎉 Partying:
No partying of any kind inside or on the property. Violations will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
👟 No Shoes Policy:
Please remove all shoes upon entry. There is a $10 fee for each carpet/rug stain, as cleaning takes significant time.
🚽 Toilet Usage:
Only flush toilet paper. Any clogging caused during your stay will incur repair charges.
🐾 Pet Policy:
Maximum of 2 pets allowed, with a $75 fee per pet.
🤫 Noise Level:
Please maintain minimal noise after 10 PM. We have an assisted living facility next door, and we want to respect the community. Violations may result in police involvement, termination of your reservation, and retention of your security deposit.
💰 Penalties:
Stolen towels: $10 per towel (any size).
Smoking in the home: $500.
Late check-out: $75 (past 10 AM without consent).
Excessive guests: $50 per extra guest.
Excessive cleaning: $150 if the home is left in a filthy state with trash everywhere.
