Mountainside Retreat w/ Gym & Hot Tub, Near Hiking, Minutes from AFA

This entire home is one block over from a large family park and walking distance to mountain hiking trails such as Blodgett Peak and Ute Valley Park. This stay is perfect for families with small children as we've included a pak n' play and jogger stroller that can fit all ages.

All 3,500 sqft of this bright home are yours to delight in!! Enjoy the large, eat-in kitchen, or dine in one of the two dining rooms. Relax on the comfy couches. Hang out in the loft and play some pool & ping pong or venture to the basement for the bar air hockey, foosball and poker tables!

Fenced-in backyard, game rooms, workout room/gym, TV in every bedroom, central AC & a private hot tub!

Quiet Hours are from 9pm-9am

**Weekly maintenance on the exterior of the house must be performed by our staff. Booking this property means you agree to allow our lawn-care/ maintenance staff to be on site for exterior yard/sidewalk/driveway/hot tub care.

Loved it!

We had a great stay! The house is beautiful, large, would accommodate a large family well. Equipped with games, a hot tub and spacious living areas which gave every age group something to do/gather at. The nearby park was perfect for family outings/low key play time. Highly recommend staying here! Last but not least, the owner response time was immediate when questions were asked.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! The property was immaculate, and every detail was thoughtfully taken care of. We loved it so much that we extended our trip—there was just no way we were ready to leave! Excellent location and hangout spaces

This house was perfect for our family to visit the Colorado Springs area and USAFA. In addition to plenty of bedrooms, there’s are multiple comfortable spaces for us to hang out with each other. The proximity to attractions like Garden of the Gods and USAFA was ideal, and the hot tub was great following days of hiking and walking.-

Backyard

House was nice. One of the reason we chose the house was to enjoy the backyard for morning coffee and the small children to play without having to go two blocks to the park. Backyard seemed bigger on line. The drop on the window areas was a real concern for the 3 and 5 year old. No outdoor seating and black ants everywhere.

Great Location, Fun Amenities, and Wonderful Hosts

We loved our stay in Colorado Springs. We had fun playing ping pong and pool. Watch for deer as you drive down the street and into the neighborhood as we saw them leisurely walking around many times! Hosts were responsive and friendly. We will definitely book with them again in the future!

Great Stay Family Gathing and USAFA Graduation

This was an exceptional week stay for our family, from USAFA grad to 91 year old grandfather. Very nice layout let us accomodate all members of the family with thier own space, yet gather for meals and other socializing. The garage space was clean and helped sort out our graduate's stuff from rom to pack her car. The hot tub, grill, workout room, and pool table were used and appreciated by all. The location made it easy to get to USAFA events, access various nearby areas of interest, yet get away from the business of the populated areas. Each time we turned around or opened a door, we came across items that would make any family with family members fro.1 day to 100+ years comfortable and have fun or common things you would have at home but forgot to/couldn't pack. Our hosts did a great job of communicating with us before, during, and after our stay. The guide books for what was in the house, area, and house rules were well done and very useful. I could not make a higher recommendation for this location for a family escape and gathering.

If you are planning on being anywhere in the Colorado Springs area , there isn’t a better place to stay. 13 minutes from Garden of the Gods 15 minutes from downtown Springs 20 minutes to Manitou Springs . The House itself , was so clean , had so much room, so many fun games, and the hot tub was the best way to relax after a long hike . The price point is amazing for the Amenities, I’d highly recommend staying here .

Family Vacation

Family vacation with 2 families. This house was perfect and fit all 8 of us well. The extra amenities were great to have after long days enjoying the views. The location of this house was close to everything we visited and made most drives about 20 minutes. We will definitely look into this house again for our next visit.

We really enjoyed this beautiful, clean, and quiet property with 4 bedrooms, more beds than we needed, and responsive and nice management. The house was as expected. We loved using the hot tub and game room during our stay. The check-in & check-out process was clear & easy. Property manager was in contact with us and very approachable. We didn’t need anything extra or unexpected during our stay. The location was quiet & safe. We loved our stay, definitely recommend the property, and would stay here again. Thank you!
