*NOTE: Hot tub is cleaned & sanitized between each guest reservation by a separate, licensed professional contractor, not the housecleaner.
*Maximum number of guests allowed on site: 8 (eight), per City of Manitou Springs.
*Host reserves the right to charge guest appropriate extra guest fee from guest security/damage deposit if unauthorized and additional guests are on property (day or night) than stated on reservation.
*Dogs/pets are not allowed on property.
