***Ideal Flexcation space! Two private bedrooms/bathrooms with large great-room area that has a desk and computer, but also has extremely fast WiFi that can handle up to 10 simultaneous zoom calls. Ethernet cord available to use at dining table to hardwire your laptop to internet and an HDMI port and cable available to display your laptop to the large screen TV, the coffee table also adjusts to desk height. Multiple people can work and do school at the same time comfortably. After the work is done, head to the great Colorado outdoors to experience the fresh air, open spaces and beautiful sights all year long. Every season has something special to experience.

After an exhilarating day of seeing the sights or catching an event at the Air Force Academy, relax on the outdoor patio in front of the fireplace watching the sunset over views of Pikes Peak. This listing reserves the whole lower-level floor for a completely private stay in this guest house; main level is owner/host occupied.

Our mountain view cottage is in an upscale golf course neighborhood that offers a quiet, relaxing environment. We have multiple restaurant and brewery options within 5 miles and are just 20 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs.

We are located 2 miles from I-25 for easy access to the Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods, Pikes Peak, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Seven Falls at the Broadmoor, Old Colorado City, The Olympic Training Center, The Manitou Incline, Glen Eyrie, and miles and miles of hiking. For those looking for more adventure, we are less than 2 hours from whitewater rafting, rock climbing, the Royal Gorge, and a multitude of 14ers (mountains with summits 14 thousand feet or higher). A daytrip for skiing to many of the best ski resorts in Colorado is possible.

Our guest will enjoy the full walkout basement with a private entrance and parking. The entire space includes 2 bedrooms with locks, 2 full bathrooms and a spacious living area with 80-inch TV (Hulu and Netflix included) and outdoor space with grass area, fireplace and scenic views of Pikes Peak and the Rocky Mountains. With this listing, you will have full private access to the entire walk-out basement level (everything shown in the photo gallery). The top level is owner/host occupied. We offer 2 bedrooms with 2 king beds and can sleep an additional 2 on sectional couch (NOT a pullout sleeper). For guests of 5 or more we can set up an additional King-Sleep Number bed in the office/desk area in the Livingroom space (see photo gallery for example of this 3rd bed set up), the cost for set up and linens is in the additional guest charge for numbers over 4 guests. Note if you are a party of 4 or less and would like a third bed, we can set it up for a nominal fee--this covers the set-up time and extra linen cleaning.
