Casa Claudio Colorado è un appartamento con tre camere da letto e due bagni nella splendida Colorado Springs, CO. È stato completamente rinnovato all'interno (dicembre 2018) ed è dotato di tutti i nuovi elettrodomestici e mobili completamente nuovi. È decorato con un'atmosfera glam rustica. Si tratta di una posizione dell'unità duplex con un garage auto collegato. Situato a meno di 2 miglia da Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds e molti luoghi turistici! A solo un isolato di distanza si trova la bellissima Colorado Avenue, che vanta alcuni ristoranti e negozi fantastici. Casa Claudio può ospitare fino a 8 persone e ha un letto king size, una regina e un letto a castello doppio / pieno. Casa Claudio è molto adatta ai bambini e offre una culla, un seggiolone, un seggiolone, film per famiglie, giochi e molto altro! The townhouse is in a great location. Close to everything. The owner communicates well. There is cold water through the fridge to refill water bottles. The bunk bedroom had a chalkboard our kids enjoyed playing with when they woke up. The primary mattress is the perfect firmness (where you don’t fall through bc it’s so soft). We were only there for 1 night and it was perfect room for the 6 of us. There were a few things that I wish were better. The door to the downstairs queen sized bedroom didn’t close well and any time our teens went in and out of the room it sounded like they were slamming the doors. The master bedroom doesn’t have windows except the patio door with a window that didn’t have blackout curtains (if you like to sleep in that helps) and I read about needing to take all the sheets and towels to the laundry but didn’t realize how long that would take when it was time to leave. Plan on about 30 minutes to collect everything and get it started in the wash.

This is a great place to stay! The house is comfortable and has all of the basic things you need. The location is fantastic - we really enjoyed the easy walk into Old Colorado City. We also liked sitting on the porch and enjoying the view of the mountains.

Everything you Need

Owner quickly responsive for questions. The house was clean and decorated with a calm vibe. Location fabulous. Walkable and Safeway 1.0 mile away. Basic needs in the kitchen present. Procedures for departure were easy. Duplex home but could not hear or see the guests. Would highly recommend!!

If you're staying in the Colorado Springs area this is a great home base. It's super close to a ton of great food choices, ice cream and shopping, which are all walkable. I felt the vibe of Old Colorado city was a little bohemian, a little up and coming, but a cool place. The home itself was clean and had everything you needed. We stayed with kids and they had plenty of room. The overall area around is nice. We walked everywhere. I read some comments about the units across the street and they appear to be lower quality but I wouldn't let that scare you away.

Central location

This house was less 20 minutes away from everything we wanted: Cave of Winds, Pike's Peak entrance, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Garden of the Gods, and the USAF Academy. Less than 5 minutes to Safeway (recommended) or King Soopers.The house was as described and had the best stock of commodities of any place so far (toilet paper, soaps, towels, etc).

Wonderful little duplex property within a short walk to Colorado Avenue in the historic old Colorado city district. 2 miles from Garden of the gods. Great location. The property is duplex style and the deck is on the front of the house. The backyard patio is very tiny and we did not use that at all. It was a great place to stay for our week as our command post and we day trip from there every day. Our favorite restaurant is a four minute walk away and that is the Italian restaurant named Pavacinis.

Our Experience

We were in town for our son's graduation from USAFA. Lots of shops and eateries within walking distance. Not far from the academy. The house was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed and then some. The check out process was very simple. The host promptly answered any questions I had before and during our stay. We will definitely consider staying here again when visiting Colorado.

Location. Location. Location

Not only is this a beautiful, well appointed property it is the perfect home base location. Everything we wanted to do while we were in this area was from 6 minutes to 90 minutes, with most things being under a 20 minute drive. Proximity to downtown Colorado City is fabulous, you just walk down over the hill. It is a safe and quiet neighborhood. Loved our stay!

So upon arrival there was garbage left by the previous occupants. The host instructed me to pull the garbage bins to the curb for pickup in the morning, I GLADLY DECLINED! It wasn't MY TRASH to pull and the cleaning fee is 160. We are all responsible adults. Moving along, the property is well kept with a very nice and comfortable set up. Everything that you can imagine is there for a long/short stay. The beds were comfortable,linens were clean and pillows were soft. My kids especially liked the setup of the room with the bunkbeds. There is a garage which was a plus and I really appreciated having access to and a deck on the upper level, which conveniently over looks the street. Check-in was a breeeze and all instructions were clear. Communication was great and host responded quickly to all my questions and concerns. The neighborhood is quiet and there are tons of food places, shops and adult entertainment close by. This was overall one of the BEST places I've had the pleasure of staying at. A definite must if you're in the area and need a home away from home. I highly recommend and would gladly visit again and again!
