La nostra bella e accogliente Casa Hovel, trova un salto di distanza dai ristoranti IvyWild, un salto dal Broadmoor e un salto dal centro, è il luogo ideale in cui soggiornare per il vostro prossimo viaggio a Colorado Springs. Questa casa è diverso da qualsiasi altro si sono verificati. Costruito per sostenere vivere efficiente, Casa Bicocca ha un unico, sensazione di sud-ovest. L'esterno adobe, piastrelle colorate, kiva camino e soffitto vigas vi lascerà confortato e rilassato per l'intero soggiorno. Mentre la casa include due camere da letto e uno e mezzo bagni, ogni camera da letto si trova in un edificio separato, ospitando la privacy dei nostri ospiti.
Il principale "casa" ha un cortile davanti decorato con sedie Adirondack rosse, fontana ed è disseminato di vivaci fiori selvatici. Ogni casa ha un patio coperto per caffè di mattina presto, lunghe chiacchierate, giochi e cocktail estivi notturni. Ma non preoccupatevi, per quei giorni freddi d'inverno, ci sono abiti caldi e di una vasca idromassaggio per riscaldare le dita dei piedi freddi e ogni casa è dotata di un camino caratteristico. Per quelli più sportivi, la casa dispone di un ampio cortile ed è proprio in fondo alla strada da Cheyenne Mountain Canyon dove turisti e townies egualmente vanno a fare escursioni, bicicletta e un giro turistico. Per non parlare della Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Tinseltown cinema e Broadmoor bowling sono tutti nelle vicinanze, se si viaggia con i bambini. La casa dispone di morbida luce naturale, nuovo elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile e una lavatrice e asciugatrice. La "casa" ha una doccia di due teste con una panca e la "casita" ha una stanza di polvere. Tutto sommato, la vostra visita a Colorado Springs non sarebbe completa senza un soggiorno a Casa tugurio.

We stayed three nights, and slept in both the main casa (once) and the very unique and beautiful single bedroom casa adjacent and across the private fenced in yard. Our two little dogs absolutely had a blast roaming around the yard and beautiful gardens (they loved it!) it was such an easy stay and the host was very thorough and thoughtful, ensuring everything we needed. I would highly recommend this property for anyone, but it was perfect for just my wife and I and our two small dogs. This property has so much personality and beauty it's remarkable. The little touches such as the lightning, art and the overall feel of the house and property were very authentic and romantic. We had an amazing time, and it is located in a beautiful part of the city. Thanks so much for this much needed getaway!

We actually switched properties first day. There was an issue with the hot tub and the host knew that was important to us - without hesitation she moved us to her super deluxe Stratton property .It was absolutely amazing. Beautiful exterior and interior nestled next to a flowing stream. There are stream side chairs for morning coffee and stream side hammocks for afternoon snooze. Very quiet with an abundance of both flora and fauna. Great hot tub with robes provided for all guests. Linens and beds top notch ( we slept in the master suite). Host was very responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend - perfect retreat!

We had a great time here. Loved the fireplace, hot tub and chilling on the patio with the fairy lights. Fenced backyard was perfect for our two dogs. The 12-year-old with us loved the casita out back. Host was very friendly and quick to respond to questions. Would definitely stay here again!

We were thankful to stay at this lovely and relaxing, pet-friendly casita while visiting family in the CSC area. Caren is a fabulous host and answered all of our questions before, during and even after our stay. She stayed in touch and made sure we had everything we needed. The back house and hot tub are a plus and our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. Host has added some very thoughtful touches, like plenty of soap, towels, extra blankets and pillows. The home stays warm and toasty inside too. Since we visited in December the adorable holiday decorations made for a festive stay. Location is close to so many notable attractions, activities and restaurants. My husband is over 6 foot tall so the back house bed worked better for us to sleep in. However, I loved the little nook in the main house for reading and napping. We would love to work with Caren again on a future visit.

We had a charming time staying in this little casita! Making fires every night was fun! We did have to sleep separately in different buildings, which was different but fun. Nice yard for kids to play in. I would love to see a lock on the hot tub for child safety.

from check in to check out, the casita met our needs and fulfilled our expectations. The location was fantastic, 3 minutes from groceries and gas, and 15 mins or less to everything we wanted to do in Colorado Springs! My favorite part of every day was sitting outside either in the hot tub or by the fire, surrounded by the beautiful backyard setting of the casita. It’s also nice that the detached bedroom is also equipped with a bathroom, very useful. We had no issues and everything was accurate. AC would have been nice but it cools down at night, so by cracking the window and making use of the 2 fans, it’s manageable even in August.

This home was exactly how the pictures showed but even better in person. The separate casita was so great as with 4 people and luggage, it made the stay feel "less crowded." The private yard and sitting areas felt very cozy and comfortable for coffee, conversation, cocktails..Would definitely stay here again next time around. The host was GREAT.

We loved staying in this historic home during our trip to Colorado Springs. The casita and extra bedroom were perfect for our small family. The architecture is impressive. Both spaces are well designed. Caren was kind, professional and helpful with emails. Check-in/out procedures were clear. We feel privileged to have stayed in her home. The fenced yard was helpful since we brought our small dog. Everything was first class. We look forward to returning.

This is a beautiful casita with plenty of room! The decor is lovingly appointed Easy parking We loved the grill, the jacuzzi and the fireplace. My only suggestion is to supply more silver ware. The layout of having two separate living spaces is perfect! Thank you, we’d love to return one day

My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights and we absolutely had a blast. We packed in a lot of hiking, shopping and sight seeing, almost made we wished we booked one more night to just re-coop! The location was excellent because anything you needed was actually right around the corner or not that far away. As for the property itself, it was so cozy and had everything you needed to feel like home plus a few extra amenities! I would not hesitate staying here again for a return trip!

This was our first time to Colorado Springs and we were looking for a unique rental as a hotel room just seemed too boring for us. These lovely casitas brought such charm and ambiance that we could not have imagined from just looking at the pictures. We were in our own oasis as we relaxed in the beautifully appointed casitas and outdoor seating areas. We so looked forward to returning to the rental after a long day of hiking or sightseeing, that we ended up spending more time there than anticipated. Amazing place to relax & enjoy the mountain scenery. Close to many trails, restaurants and just an inviting space to relax without the hustle and bustle. The property is all you need for a recharge.
