Buon rapporto costo/qualità , dista 6 km dal centro ma pochi minuti si arriva con auto - piscina pulita e calda ma x i teli bisogna andare in reception , negativo al massimo la colazione bisogna andare con voucher in altra struttura negozio gestito da esterni molto fatiscente e scarsa -

The hotel is unique and quirky. We enjoyed our stay in mid April. Rooms do not have AC and could use updating. Would stay again.

The front desk employee was rude and had an unpleasant demeanor. She questioned where we were going after returning late and was rude in her response to us. Plus how was it that the security deposit was more than the room itself? You need to improve on that and made me never want to stay at your establishment again.

In this day and age with so many options to get to the internet. This hotel decided to go with who ever is the most unreliable, off more times then it is on, slow to non-existent, joke of a service. If you can't provide simple daily Internet service to your paying guests. Why are you in this business in the first place?????????? Never Again!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The cleaning staff does a really good job. The elevators are quick. The staff is nice. They do not enforce their no smoking policy. The hallway reeked some times.

Unfortunately, because this is a mix of residential homes and hotel rooms, owners are allowed to smoke in their condominiums. Booked a stay for two nights (Fri & Sat). Our flight was delayed Fri night, so we weren't able to arrive until Saturday. Upon arrival, I was "greeted" by a man that seemed as if he was inconvenienced to be doing his job. I asked to check-in to our room and was giving a "ROOM WONT BE READY UNTIL 3p!" response. I explained that we actually had already prepaid for the prior evening's room and had flight delays. To my understanding, my room should have been vacant and available 24 hours before this...yet, it still wasn't ready? The front desk agent literally yelled at me and said once again, "IT WON'T BE READY UNTIL 3P". It was 10a and snowing outside. Where were me and my wife supposed to go for FIVE HOURS to wait with all our luggage? The property's lobby was filthy and staff's attitudes were absolutely unacceptable. Needless to say, we were forced to check-in another hotel because of these issues and pay out-of-pocket for another night. I DEMAND A REFUND for this property, immediately. I have never been treated so heinously when simplying trying to explain my situation. Especially after paying good money ahead of time! Please, immediately fire your weekend lobby staff. I await my refund in full. Thank you.

It was cheap, had convenient Laundry facilities for long term stay. The first room we were given, everything was broke, we were moved elsewhere and it was much better. Old facility in bad side of town

This is one of the more interesting places I have stayed, to say the least. It is actually a residential building that contains a few overnight guest rooms, so it doesn't feel like a hotel at all. I would best describe it as 1960's shabby or something out of a David Lynch movie. You are forced to sign a waiver not holding the property liable for theft from your vehicle and hang an ID tag on your rearview mirror in case of an "emergency." That kind of sums up the general vibe of the place. The room itself was fairly nice and had a comfortable bed.

Overall the stay of the hotel, and cleanliness was good and comfortable. But I had trouble at check-in, since someone had supposedly checked into my room that I had paid for before I had arrived, the staff was kind with setting my family and I in another accommodation for the night and supposedly I was going to get refunded for my stay, which never happened. And yet they still charged my card for another hotel room the following night. Overall the stay was good, but I wish they had been a bit more on top of the correct person checking in.

Enjoyed our stay
This is a older hotel with great character. There are condominiums in the building that people live in but rooms available for overnight or weekly stays as well. Everyone we met or passed by were friendly. The staff was pleasant, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. It is a huge place so you could hear alot of noises but I think that happens anywhere you stay. Overall, we had a great stay for one night. The only downfalls for some maybe no wifi and a $150 deposit hold placed on the card you use at check-in.

The place is close to the airport and a few other things. It’s pretty odd though in other respects. The place has not been updated since Carter was president.The bed was really high, the bathroom was tiny with old fixtures, the furnishings were cheap, climate control didn’t work and I think other rooms were housing business offices. Weird vibe.

All the receptionist at the desk were super nice and welcoming, the only issue we had was that the A/C was off and they didn’t tell us until we were in our room and I called because it was hot and they said it would be fixed so we didn’t think anything of it the next day we seen a flyer that said it would be off until Oct.2 we had to open our balcony door to keep the room cool.

Currently its 5 am and the fire alarm is going off. There is no ac. Broken for two weeks they said. Satellite also said its a non smoking facility and the neighbors are smoking cigarettes. Im now awake because of the alarm and i just noticed giant stains on our sheets. Not a great experience so far...

Horrible property
Room was advertised as a queen, it was a full size mattress. When questioned the staff said it was a "single queen" Air conditioning didn't work. We were told maintenance will look at it. We asked when and were told the next morning at 8 am. When we said that was not acceptable we were offered a fan. We were finally moved to another room after some convincing. It was a three night stay. Hotel never cleaned room restocked toiletries or coffee supplies. We asked for an additional pillow (the room only had three) we were told there was not one available. We asked for fresh towels and they finally sent someone up from house keeping to bring us more. It took them so long to get there we had to use the towels that we had been using. The remote to the tv did not have batteries in the first room, the second room had a remote but it was missing the back panel. ( Good thing a child was not in the room who could have gotten to the batteries) The out door balcony only had one chair. The chair was broken and you couldn't sit on it. There was no luggage rack for our luggage. The fan in the bathroom was not working. It was a most uncomfortable stay.

I was unaware, when i booked at this property, that people live here. They do not make that information readily available on the website. It took 3 rooms before the property could provide me with a working television. The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and urine. The only reason i continued my stay was due to the lack of available hotels in the area.

Clean and Quiet
My husband and I had to find a hotel in CO Springs at the last minute, and after reading a few mixed reviews online about the Satellite Hotel, we decided to stop to see if rooms were available. They were almost sold out, but we were able to get a standard room. All we cared about was its cleanliness. The hotel is older, but parking was plentiful, and the room was very clean. The construction of the hotel is solid, so you could not hear people stomping down the hallway, like you can in other hotels. The bed was firm, sheets were clean, bathroom was very clean. Overall, I liked the overnight stay, and would definitely stay again.
