    The Space:

    Designed for elevated comfort and connection, this multi-level Old Broadmoor retreat blends timeless architecture, forest-lined views, and thoughtfully curated interiors. Every room has been designed to highlight natural light and mountain scenery while offering the perfect balance of luxury and comfort.



    🌿 Coming Soon a Cedar Soaking Tub! :

    As part of our ongoing commitment to elevating your stay, we're adding a large 8-person cedar soaking tub to The Mesa House. A natural extension of the home's mountain retreat experience, it's the perfect way to decompress and soak in everything this property has to offer. The soaking tub is currently being installed and will be ready for guest use starting May 17th.

    The home features multiple light-filled living areas, each thoughtfully designed to showcase the mountain and forest views. The main gathering space centers around a contemporary fireplace and The Frame TV, which displays art when not in use, complementing the room’s timeless design. Expansive windows frame the scenery, while plush seating invites connection and relaxation. Adjacent to the main gathering space, a secondary lounge with built-in bookshelves offers a cozy spot to read or unwind, seamlessly blending into the open-concept layout. Together, these spaces create a seamless blend of style and comfort.



    🍽️ Kitchen & Dining

    This beautifully designed, fully equipped kitchen blends natural warmth with modern sophistication. Dual ovens, high-end appliances, and a spacious island with bar seating make cooking and entertaining effortless, while quartz countertops, floating shelves, and custom wood cabinetry strike a perfect balance of style and function. The bright breakfast nook offers peaceful views of the surrounding pines and mountains, creating a serene setting for morning coffee, and the adjoining dining area with its handcrafted wood table and statement lighting sets the scene for memorable meals. A dedicated prep area completes the open-concept layout, alongside a coffee station and sparkling water maker to bring both comfort and refinement to every gathering.

    There are five and a half bathrooms throughout the home, each uniquely crafted with live-edge vanities, vessel sinks, and soothing natural tones that reflect a refined mountain aesthetic. The primary ensuite features a dual vanity and a spacious walk-in shower with artisan tile and soft lighting for a spa-like atmosphere. Other bathrooms showcase a mix of walk-in and shower/tub combinations, complemented by wood ceilings, large mirrors, and earthy textures. Each bathroom is fully stocked with plush towels and essential toiletries.

    A full-size washer and dryer are available for guest use, providing convenience during extended stays.



    🎮 Lower-Level Lounge

    The lower level offers a refined retreat for relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy movies or shows on the Smart TV paired with a sound system for an immersive experience. The spacious sectional invites cozy gatherings, while the open layout makes it ideal for game nights or unwinding after a day of exploring Colorado’s trails. A complementary dining area and additional seating extend the space, providing a comfortable setting for casual meals, board games, or relaxed conversation alongside the media setup.



    🏠 Carriage House

    The carriage house offers a private, comfortable space within the home, accessed by its own stairway. It includes a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and a dining and living area ideal for relaxing or sharing a quiet meal. The bedroom features a king bed and Smart TV, while the bathroom includes a walk-in shower and wood-accent vanity. Vaulted ceilings and large windows create an open, airy feel, and the private deck provides a peaceful spot to enjoy morning coffee or unwind in the evening.



    🌿 Outdoor Spaces

    Three beautiful decks extend the home’s living areas into the open air, each designed to highlight the surrounding mountain and forest views. The main deck features a dining area and grill for shared meals, while the two upper-level decks offer peaceful lounge seating, ideal for enjoying morning coffee or relaxing beneath the Colorado stars.



    🪑 Dedicated Workspaces

    Two bright desk areas provide the perfect setup for remote work or creative focus, each offering stunning mountain views framed by large windows. Whether you’re catching up on emails or planning your next Colorado adventure, these serene spaces make productivity feel effortless.



    👶 Kid-Friendly Touches

    Pack-n-play and high chair available for families traveling with little ones.



    🅿️ Parking

    Guests may park in the circular driveway with space for up to six vehicles for easy access and a smooth arrival experience. A 240V/50amp plug is available for EV charging, guests will need to bring their own compatible charger.

    🔑 You'll have full access to the main house and the private carriage house, including all living areas, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and outdoor decks.     🌳 Outdoor Adventures: Just minutes away, explore the stunning Cheyenne Mountain State Park or take a scenic hike through Stratton Open Space. For animal lovers, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo is nearby, providing an upclose experience with a variety of wildlife. Don’t forget to visit the iconic Garden of the Gods, a short drive away, where you can hike among beautiful rock formations. The Mesa House is also the closest private residence to The Broadmoor Seven Falls, typically about a 7 to 10 minute drive depending on traffic and the entrance route.



    🍽️ Dining & Drinks: You’re in close proximity to the historic Broadmoor Hotel, offering fine dining options and casual spots for a meal or drink. The Broadmoor is just a flat 10–15 minute walk from the home, making it easy to enjoy its restaurants and lounges without driving. Sacred Grounds Coffee Shop is nearby and loved for its locally roasted organic coffee, scratch-made baked goods, and a tranquil patio set at the foothills of Cheyenne Mountain, perfect for a relaxed breakfast or light meal.

    ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late
