  • Questa splendida casa su misura offre davvero una delle migliori viste a Colorado Springs dal comfort di uno spazio ben progettato e contemporaneo. Senti un mondo a parte, immerso nella natura, ma a solo un miglio dal famoso Broadmoor di fama mondiale ea soli 10 minuti dal centro. Questa casa è un capolavoro architettonico con linee pulite e senza soluzione di continuità nello spazio abitativo principale che fonde la natura con l'interior design. Utilizzando il vetro dal pavimento al soffitto e un'apertura della porta pieghevole da 10 "per 20" per una vera vita interna / esterna. Non vedrai una casa come questa da nessun'altra parte a Colorado Springs. Viste spettacolari e senza restrizioni, e tutto questo splendido spazio di vita in migliaia di acri di escursioni in spazi aperti letteralmente fuori dalla porta sul retro.

    Rilassati davanti al grande camino nell'ampio soggiorno aperto. Riuniti con quelli che ami intorno al grande tavolo da pranzo o prepara un delizioso pasto nell'ampia cucina. Ti senti un po 'come scappare? Ritirati in uno dei tanti spazi pensati e più appartati della casa. Salite sull'angolo lettura loft o sgattaiolate nella master suite deluxe.

    La master suite è davvero la sua vacanza con pioppi tremuli del Colorado, travi di abete di recupero e infissi vintage che adornano uno spazio rilassante e bello. Preparati una tazza di caffè e goditela davanti al tuo secondo camino privato. Immergiti nella vasca da bagno in stile giapponese nel bagno annesso o esci dalle porte di vetro scorrevoli private e goditi l'incredibile bellezza del Cheyenne Canyon dalla tua vasca idromassaggio per 6 persone.

    Per i più piccoli, una suite per bambini, progettata interamente pensando a loro: letti a soppalco per dormire 5, lettini per bambini e area TV, libri, giochi e vasca e doccia.

    Questa casa offre il meglio della vita in Colorado. Goditi le viste assolutamente incredibili dal ponte avvolgente di 1200 mq con cucina all'aperto e grill, e se vuoi uscire nella natura che ti circonda, fai un'escursione sui sentieri che conducono dalla porta sul retro o scendi giù per la collina a circa mezzo miglio per Stratton open space ed escursionismo o mountain bike con quel vasto sistema di sentieri. Qualunque cosa tu scelga di fare, questa casa offre.

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful rental home! The views were absolutely stunning and made the entire experience even more relaxing and memorable. The home itself was incredibly spacious, clean, and perfect for our large family to comfortably spend time together without ever feeling crowded.The host was extremely responsive, helpful, and always accessible whenever we had questions or needed anything, which made our stay stress-free from beginning to end. The house was amazing and perfect for our family trip. The kids loved seeing deer come right up to the porch and the trails behind the house were great for an early morning hike. Any questions we had were answered quickly. Loved our stay here!

The view from this unique home is exceptional and so very peaceful. Rose & Ryan's home is well appointed and has a wonderful ambiance to it. The two days we stayed in the home were extremely relaxing and I was talking with my cousin about how perfect this home would be for a family getaway. I would recommend this home to my friends and family for future rental. Communication with Rose & Ryan was fantastic and timely. I so enjoyed spending my birthday relaxing in their home. We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spacious, and offered stunning views that made it easy to relax and enjoy our time there. The deck was definitely a highlight—perfect for sitting outside, taking in the scenery, and enjoying the weather.Communication with the property manager, Rose, was excellent. She was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish.The only drawback was the parking situation. The home is tucked back in a neighborhood with narrow streets, which made maneuvering and parking larger vehicles somewhat challenging. However, if your goal is to unwind, enjoy the view, and spend time on the deck, this is a fantastic place to stay. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend it.

This was our annual family trip to Colorado Springs and this property is by far the best one yet! From the amazingly beautiful breathtaking views to all the comforts of the home including the beds, the hot tub, heated floors, and even a bidet in the master bathroom was a plus. The host, Rose, is very sweet and very responsive. She was available 24/7 for any questions we had about the property. We highly recommend this home and host. We can’t wait to visit again! Thank you for the unforgettable memories!

Beautiful view surrounds you. Kitchen was very well stocked. My family enjoyed hiking the trails right off the property. The home was conveniently located. VRBO sent via email the WiFi network and password. However, it was not correct. Completely different and very frustrating to communicate to owners. AC in two bedroom not working correctly along with a breaker flipping. However, Rose was able to resolve the situation on day two and WiFi was resolved late on day 1. It would be very helpful to have a manual with instructions ( which has been suggested in other reviews) so we wouldn’t have to bother the host. All in all, we had a wonderful time.

Incredible house in the canyon!! Beautifully built and designed, the beds are comfortable, rooms are cozy, kitchen has everything you need. The photos of the views don’t do it justice! The hosts are very responsive and helpful and flexible. Book this stay if you’re looking in the area. It’s perfect!

The property is beautiful, very spacious and well furnished. The only complaint is that the property does not have central heat and air and the temperatures reached 80 plus degrees while we were there. The bedrooms were very hot and we did not sleep well. There was only a mini split unit in the kitchen which did not cool the whole house. We asked about it and were told that they bring in seasons portable air conditioners but only in the summer months. It would also be helpful if they provided a welcome book with a manual on how to operate everything in the house.

Best parts of the home are the Views, next to open space for walking/hiking, and the open concept floor plan. The living room & kitchen is very open; plenty space for a large family to gather and hang. We enjoyed the Beautiful views & expansive deck. Very cool, unique place. Drawbacks- the tv didn’t work (lost remote control). No home manual on how to operate the iPad home control center, shades. fireplace, etc. Plenty of beds for sleeping but some rooms felt small & cramped. The bunkbed space looks a closet. Parking is minimal/tight. 5 star review for the views, open floor plan for a large family/group in living room, kitchen & deck. Unique property.

The hosts were very welcoming and any communication with them was addressed pretty quickly. The spaces were all great from the great room to the bedrooms to both decks, and the views were wonderful. The host had decorated for the holidays, which was very appreciated. On the downside of things, for all the detailed instructions provided regarding both check in and check out, I was surprised to find none in the house regarding operations of things. It would've made for a smoother first couple of days. Make sure to check out the zoo! It was a gem!

Beautiful views

The house is beautiful and the views are spectacular. The only Complaint that we had was the cleaning of the house. The refrigerator had not been cleaned from the last people and we had to wipe it down. We were picking up crayons and cereal off the den floor when we arrived. I would stay here again but the cleaning team needs to do a better job

We loved the house. It is in a convenient location and had everything we needed and beautiful views.The kitchen had everything pan or utensil we could need to cook our meals. There are plenty of nice towels and pillows and blankets. The hot tub was perfect. (I bring my own test strips.) Parking is very tight. Also there is a one lane road going up to the house and when anyone is parked along it your vehicle gets scratched up by brush on the other side. We found it easier to use the road just to the east which is more accessible. The only improvement I could suggest is to sand down the countertops and sides of the wood beams that make up the bed bases. We splinters when wiping off the wood countertops on the island by the sink in the kitchen and when stepping too close to the wood bed base in the back bedroom. Just a couple of things to be aware of but definitely will not keep us from visiting again! This home is beautiful and well thought out. The artistic vision with which it was remodeled is incredible! The hosts are amazing and very good at communication. If they ever want to sell we are interested! We can’t wait to return!

We stayed at the home while having a wedding for our daughter at the Pinery on the Hill (15 minute easy drive from the house). The open kitchen / dining room / kitchen area was great for my family to have meals together with the fantastic views of the foothills and open space around the property. Was great for morning coffee before heading out for some wedding events. Only had a couple minor glitches while staying there. The deck fire pit was non-functional, and the soaking tub in the master had the drain components disassembled. Also found some of the outlets in the kitchen did not work as well. Communicated the fire pit issue to the property manager / owner, but they were unable to fix while we were there. None of these issues though really impacted our enjoyment of our stay. My family loved the views, the deck, the hot tub, the speaker/tablet setup in the family room, the espresso machine, and commented on the good comfort of the beds. There are only 4 tight places to park cars at the home, and no parking on streets around the property as it is a tight neighborhood. It was not an issue for my family as we had 4 cars only. Also, for the bedrooms, there was one room of 2 bunk beds attached/Walk through to another bedroom. And one bedroom is a loft area in the home's center, open to the bedroom hallways. Hope that review helps you make a decision. We enjoyed our stay and would go there again if the opportunity came up.

BEEEUTIFUL, SUPER COMFORTABLE HOUSE W/SPECTACULAR VIEWS!

We were a group of 7 adults (multi-generational) and we all really had a good time at this house. The great room is very welcoming, the kitchen is clean and very well equipped, all the bedrooms were super comfortable, clean and welcoming....everything in the house had been carefully selected and was of good quality. The surprize feature was the wonderful upper patio which had plenty of lounging furniture and the most stupendous views! There are incredible, easy hikes around the house, and it's just minutes away from shopping. Would we return - yes we would!

Just what we were looking for

Jo was amazing to work with, the property was clean, and the views from both of the balconies were beautiful...it was just what we were looking for and would recommend to others.

Great VRBO Experience!

Our family stayed at the Canon Retreat over Labor Day weekend. Everyone loved the property. It is as good as advertised! When we return, we will definitely look to stay here again!

Stunning view!

Great place and feels like you’re right in the mountains and stars from the decks, plus walk to hiking trails and cafe. Perfect for us!
