Our stay at the Milo house was perfect. Clean and comfortable throughout the whole house. Neighborhood was quiet and we were in a perfect central location to all the tourist sites and our daughters apartment. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay with all the at home amenities!

This host was extremely communicative and check-in/out was easy. The place we stayed was clean and met most of our needs.The kitchen is stocked with basic things but don't plan on making gourmet meals or keeping leftovers. You may need to bring some of your own kitchen items unless the host bolsters the kitchen a bit. There were nice extras that some places don't have. For example, there was a hair dryer and q-tips in the bathrooms as well as body wash, shampoo and conditioner in the showers. Bedrooms were spacious. Definitely plenty of room for kids to sleep on the floor in the same room if needed. There is one full-sized air mattress there available for use and lots of extra sheets. There is a small back deck area but bring your own camp chairs if you want to sit out there. Family friendly area in a safe part of Colorado Springs. There is a very large park just outside of the neighborhood for kids. Overall, this was a great place for us to stay and we will definitely stay again when we are in town.

Spacious, comfy and close to everything in South Colorado Springs at the right price. Definitely worth what we paid and the hosts were very responsive. Would definitely stay again.

Great Place

Overall a great place! We are pretty picky about cleanliness and so we did have to run the vacuum through the main floor when we arrived as it just didn’t feel like that had been done. Comfy beds and great location! The nearby park was a great bonus for our kids!

Great space with lots of home comforts

This was a perfect place for our family of four! 2.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer, Keurig, and smart tvs made it feel just like home. The view of the mountains was awesome!

Colorado Springs Trip

I visited family in Colorado Springs for a wedding and stayed at this property. This property was perfect for me, my wife, and three daughters. It was exactly what we needed. The townhouse met all of our needs and expectations. I would be happy to stay there again.

Cute, comfortable townhouse

Townhouse was really cute. Roomy. Big bedrooms each with its own bathroom plus 1/2 bath on first floor. Our only disappointment with the rental was that kitchen was very sparsely stocked. It needs more/better pans, some baking dishes, mixing bowls, etc, and not enough bath towels. Hand soap in our bedroom bath ran out first day & there was no refill. But, the place was super comfortable. Nice mattresses, place was bright & airy with lots of windows. Cool view from upstairs bedroom - mountains by day & city lights by night. Very quiet neighborhood. Worth the stay!

Exactly as described

House was extremely clean. The owners graciously provided snacks and water. Toilet trees were available if we had forgot our own. Basically, all the comfort of home. The Mountain views off the back deck were spectacular. Would highly recommend this property!

What A Perfect Mom and Daughters Stay!!

What a great place to stay! Our host was so attentive, kind, and provided lots of fun amenities that were not required, but we’re a blessing and totally fabulous! The assigned parking space made it much easier than having to search for parking. The location is great! It is close to lots of fun attractions like Focus on the Family, Garden of the gods, Pikes Peak, North Pole and lots of options for food and shopping! We would love to stay here again, if we’re ever in the area! 💖

Great Place to Stay

Our family stayed for 7 nights. We were in town for a tournament and the location of the house was convenient. The house had everything we needed and it was clean. The communication with the host was great. We had assigned parking and the neighborhood was quiet. We would stay here again.

Cute and comfortable

This townhouse is cute, spacious and comfortable. There are extras such as coffee, toiletries, and laundry supplies. Ceiling fans are great. We appreciated a dedicated parking spot. The neighborhood is quiet and very cute.

Clean, Comfortable Family Stay

We really enjoyed our time at this Colorado Springs VRBO. Condo was very clean and is in a good neighborhood. Overall very nice. Some opportunities for improvement: kitchen could have been been better stocked (one k-cup coffee pod and no replacements) and a few more spices would have been nice; parking is tight for a minivan, as one neighbor was right on the line. But overall a very nice stay and we'd stay there again!

Quiet perfect place to stay in Colorado Springs

The property was very clean and updated. The amenities were top notch. Had everything we needed for a weeks stay. The townhouse was close to a lot of the attractions in the area. Communication was top notch with the host. Would definitely recommend staying with Ample Vacation Rentals.
