Con oltre 3.600 piedi quadrati di spazio abitativo tranquillo, questa casa offre tonnellate di spazio per intrattenere o semplicemente oziare. Abbiamo un barbecue sul ponte di nuova costruzione con una vista incredibile e senza ostacoli di Pike's Peak. Così come i nuovi mobili da giardino sul ponte per godersi i pasti all'aperto. Giù nel seminterrato / nella grotta dell'uomo, abbiamo un nuovissimo tavolo da biliardo, un bersaglio per le freccette e una Smart TV da 70 "con 5. 1 suono surround, cavo aggiornato per goderti quei giochi sportivi preferiti. Accedi al tuo account Netflix e Pandora per l'intrattenimento personalizzato!

Abbiamo anche una nuova TV 60 "4K al piano superiore nella camera da letto principale con cavo aggiornato. Un'alternativa perfetta quando non tutti possono decidere di guardare lo stesso spettacolo insieme.

A livello principale, cucina in una cucina completamente fornita e scegli tra una varietà di giochi da tavolo che vengono forniti per giocare con tutta la famiglia attorno al camino. Goditi un caffè al mattino presto sul divano mentre guardi fuori dalla finestra di Pike's Peak ... è uno dei segreti meglio custoditi che la nostra casa ha da offrire!

Il layout è un altro motivo per cui si adatta perfettamente a una casa di vacanza. Al piano superiore si trova la camera da letto principale con una camera a castello per bambini e una camera da letto matrimoniale con vista sulle montagne. Il livello principale ha una camera da letto matrimoniale che è una stanza perfetta se venite con i nonni in modo che possano evitare qualsiasi scala. E al piano inferiore nel seminterrato, c'è un'altra camera a castello per bambini con una smart tv Roku per i bambini, così come una camera da letto matrimoniale. La parte migliore del seminterrato è che è un seminterrato sciopero ed entrambe le camere hanno grandi finestre con tonnellate di luce naturale!

Super facile accesso al tutto naturale Ute Valley Park, che è uno dei locali preferiti con l'ingresso del sentiero a pochi passi dalla casa! In pochi istanti verrai trasportato dal comfort abitando all'habitat naturale del Colorado, dove potrai esplorare molti percorsi diversi, entrare in contatto con la natura, andare in mountain bike, ammirare gli incredibili panorami, respirare l'aria fresca con buone possibilità di vedere dei bellissimi vita selvaggia!

Proprio dietro l'angolo è Pinon Valley Park. Questo parco di quartiere è una famiglia perfetta per rilassarsi facendo un picnic, giocare a basket, con un parco giochi per bambini e campi aperti per praticare sport.

Everything about the house was very nice and fully equiped, bedrooms, kitchen, family room, bathrooms. We really enjoy the 6 days we spent in the house. Great location if you want to sightseeing around. Highly recommended it.

Spacious home with tons of extra amenities for all ages. Gorgeous view of the mountains. Walking trails and a park with a playground nearby. Property manager was extremely helpful and flexible as we arrived during a snowstorm. Had a relaxing and wonderful stay - thank you!

We found this property to have a breathtaking view! And very Easy to communicate with the property manager/owner. Everything was to our satisfaction! Easy to get to restaurants, sight seeing, and park just around the corner for the kids! Loved our stay and Colorado experience !! ❤️

We had 9 adults and two dogs. The house and property fit our needs perfectly. The convenience of the site Valley Park trails, Garden of the Gods and Pile Peak was excellent. Everything needed for the stay was provided.

This was perfect in every way. House was spacious and well maintained. Kitchen convenient and had plenty of cookware, utensils, etc. the location so convenient for all the sightseeing and hiking we wanted to do. Five stars all around.

This was the perfect place for our family reunion with children spanning 2-13! The layout of the house was perfect and gave each family the privacy and space we needed. The house was stocked amazingly with kitchen tools, grill gear, kids toys, strollers, pack n plays, high chairs, games for all ages, along with a pool table and dart board in the basement. We loved sitting on the patio outside on the upper and lower decks and took daily walks to the park a few minutes away. It's a great location in Colorado Springs with the Garden of the Gods, Glen Eyrie Castle, and the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo nearby. Our host was attentive and super helpful. Thanks for the wonderful experience! We would definitely love to stay again if we return to the Springs!

Our daughter graduated from UCCS and all of us out of state family stayed here. 10 adults and 3 kids. Perfect home for us. Plenty of room and great location. Loved watching the wild life. Even got video of a bobcat right behind the house. Would definitely stay here again.

I cant say anything negative about this property!! I booked it for my family of 13 for a week. There is so much space!! The views are absolutely amazing...the kitchen is fully stocked...very spacious...kids loved the pool table...dart board and the many many board games! The property owners thought of everything! We were there for a week and it felt like home! The house was very clean and organized...the house is very close to alot of attractions! Short drive to top golf...indoor skydiving...indoor bounce park and even 2 really great resturants...In an Out Burger and Mods Pizza a must try! We travel every year for spring break and christmas holiday and this by far is THE BEST house we have stayed in! 5 star for sure!! The property owner was always avaliable and responded promptly! When i do make another trip there i will definitely book this house again!☆☆☆☆☆

This house worked out extremely well for our group of 5 adults and 8 kids ranging from 15 years to 2 months. The park a block away, the hiking/dirt bike trails a block the other way, the wildlife out the front, the views of Pike's Peak out the back, and all the attractions within a short drive were perfect. We had a great time! Kristen was extremely prompt and helpful in answering our texts. The one minor issue we had was quickly attended to. Her reminders about garbage day and checkout times were much appreciated! We really appreciated the labels on all the switches and the plugs on tables throughout the house for charging devices. Several strollers and the baby bath came in very handy. Prior to our visit, we were a little concerned about staying in a residential area since we previously stayed in more remote areas of CO. But the location was perfect! It was quiet, convenient to everything, and couldn't have been better for our group. Thank you for some wonderful memories!

Fantastic, amazing, awesome, peaceful are just 4 words that easily describe this property. One really great feature is that there is only one or two steps to negotiate to get into the main floor of the property. There is one bedroom on the main floor so this was a big plus for us as we assigned that bedroom to the elders of our group who were both 83 and had limited mobility. The remaining 5 bedrooms are either up or down one floor. There are several common / gathering areas with 2 of them on the main floor. The kitchen is stocked with whatever cooking items you need to cook for small or large groups. The property management group were very responsive and always only a text away. There were 10 of us ranging from 21 - 83 and we had plenty of space to be together or sneak off for a little alone time. The views from both the front and back of the house are breath taking. What a great view of Pike's Peak to wake up to every morning. Beds are very comfortable as is all the other furniture. We highly recommend this property to any larger group needed 6 bedrooms plus some couch space.

We would definitely stay here again. The location is ideal to explore the area. Our grandchildren loved having the park just down the hill from the house to run off energy. The house was clean and well stocked. If you have an infant, everything you would need is provided. The back porch was ideal in the evenings to chat with a view of the sun setting on Pike's Peak. We've stayed at several large homes similar to this one, and this home is by far our favorite.

This property was excellent. The location was convenient to food and activities and the house was clean, well-kept, and well-equipped. There were plenty of toys and games for all of us to enjoy during rains and in the evenings. And the view of the mountains was outstanding. In addition, a park and hiking trails were within easy walking distance. Finally, the property manager was very helpful with our particular needs. The bottom line is that everyone in our party old enough to express an opinion was delighted.

This house was perfect for our family of 15 traveling in for USAFA Graduation. Everything was clean, well organized and labeled. The view from the deck is incredible. We had more than enough equipment, games and toys for the kids in our party, including a playground within walking distance. The host was kind enough to leave us a note with decorations and tape for our graduate. Such a great house for large groups.

This home comfortably slept four families for Memorial Day weekend. Tons of living areas and a great outdoor patio with a grill that we took full advantage of. The park a block away was a huge hit with our little kids. Highly recommended!

Rental property is great for large groups, with plenty of rooms and space. Rental manager (Kristen) was very responsive and communicative about a few issues we came across during our stay. Overall the property suited our needs for the time we were there.

My wife, daughter, two dogs, and I enjoyed the house very much. Check in was a breeze. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Location was perfect so we could easily take our dogs to the neighborhood park and also hike in the state park with the entrance across the street. Would stay here again.

The home has a nice view of the mountains. Our overall stay was nice and convenient as far as location goes. The home was very clean, but we did take issue with the pillows having stains on them, one being a blood stain. The house manager was quick to try and resolve the issue by giving us some new pillow cases, however it would have been nice to have received new pillows. We felt like the mattress cover on the queen bed downstairs needed a new cover. It was very loose. The bed squeaked, as well as the kitchen floor above. One of our other family members said the pillow cases and sheets smelled unclean. We knew when booking that there wasn’t a TV in the great room on the main level and not in the bedrooms, but we realized that it would be nice if there were more than just the one downstairs in the family room. The recliner in the great room tilted when reclined.

Great house, perfect for a large group to spead out with multiple 'living room' areas - den, living room, basement, and deck. Plenty of bedrooms with various bed sizes helps accommodate families. Wonderful toy closet - no need to bring toys - even a high chair, pack-and-play and strollers, so perfect for little ones. Kitchen well stocked with cooking items and spices - cooked every day with ease! Trails on the mountains near the house were a lot of fun as was the neighborhood park. View of Pikes Peak from the deck was wonderful - great for evening star watching and morning coffee with large table and chairs. Costco, Safeway and plenty of food places nearby as well as Garden of the Gods. Wished we had more time - didn't get to play pool much - basement was great for teens and movie watchers. Fabulous communication with Brian and Kristen and great follow-up. Entire family was very impressed with house and renting experience.

Lovely and well equipped property. Excellent communication. Just one small issue. The basement floor shower had a bad odor. The two family members on that level did not want to use it.
