“They need signage for the office. You can not find it. Also ceiling fans in the bedroom would be an excellent add. ”

“We have been coming to this hotel for over 20 years when we are in town. It is always been a good place to stay and has been renovated over the years. The staff has always been delightful. We love the kitchenettes and the ability to cook outside on the grill. We’ve enjoyed staying here and we’ll always be coming back.”

“Staff was patient and polite. However, everything else was awful. Room smelled bad, walls and furniture where stained and filthy. Pillows were old and gross. The shower curtain would't stay closed. The frig didn't work properly and the door was hard to open due to the unit being in a tray. The AC had a loud high pitched whine and the TV was out half my stay. The ice machine in the hall wasn't working. The parking lot was full of shady people hanging out in their cars and listening to loud music...

“I was rather disappointed with the breakfast. I’m a diabetic and there were very few choices. Only other thing was the noise from the road at night. We will just know to ask for the back side next time”

“Beautiful, historic hotel located in the center of New Port Richey. Lots of restaurants surrounding it, with a beautiful park out the back door. The rooms are wonderful. Enjoyed our stay and will be back.”

“Would definitely stay again. Matresses are firm. Only thing, I’d bring your own pillows they are too full and will kink your neck.”

“Full of crackheads. First room was dirty hair in the tub dirt on the floors dirty sheets and blankets. Second room was next door to a couple who fought very loudly about drugs ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT. Scared my son at one point it sounded like something was being slammed against the walls. Staff kept coming to “talk” to them but nothing ever happened and they never stopped.”

“Hotel was nice and clean. I came around 7pm the front desk lady was rude. She act like she had an attitude. No greeting when coming in the door. She spoke when I said something. She didn’t say what time breakfast end or start and why I have to pay 20 deposit. Overall the hotel was a nice place to stay at.”

“Una struttura da chiudere che non dovrebbe stare su expedia. Le foto sono false, mi chiedo chi ha messo 10/10 se ha mai visto un hotel e dove viva a casa. Mai visto un posto del genere. Struttura fatiscente, camera piena alla mattina di blatte e scarafaggi e allego foto, bagno fatiscente e arrruginito, lavandino con rubinetti arruginiti, mi chiedo come si possa affittare un posto del genere e dove sono i controlli. Letto sfondato, sedia sfondata, entrando era accesa l aria e l odore dei filtri...

“Great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. There was so much high-end seating in areas in and around the pool and decks. Lots of entertainment with a great game area as well. Home was beautifully furnished and comfortable. Lots of thought was put into the little details of the home. Couldn’t have been happier!!”
