“The staff was helpful and expedited my room after an awful night at another hotel. The lady working in the breakfast room was on her job; she never let anything get too low. She was right there, filling up and cleaning up the area. Will stay here again. ”

“Room was very nice. The maid service seemed to have a language barrier. The maid knocked at the door about 10:30. We were getting ready to leave to see a family member in the area. I told the room service to come back in 30 minutes. At the end of the day, upon our return, 8:00 pm .... the room had not been touched. My wife went to the front counter for fresh towels.”
