“For the money, it was a great value. The only thing I could say in a negative way was they had no soap in the shower container but other than that, it was fully equipped with towels great bed mattress and air-conditioning was wonderful.”

“I had a great stay at this hotel. The room and the entire property were very clean and well maintained. Every staff member greeted me whenever they saw me, which made me feel welcome. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the room nice and cold. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety and was enjoyable each morning. The surrounding area felt safe, and the rooms were very quiet—I didn’t hear any noise through the walls during my stay. I would definitely stay here again.”

We were planning on staying in and enjoying the onsite amenities, but had to go offsite for food AND adult beverages.”

“The Lookaway Inn is a beautiful historic property with immaculate grounds, spacious rooms and top notch hospitality. They offer a made to order breakfast in the main house with many interesting antiques. This is the best place to stay for any plans in Augusta or the surrounding community.”

“This is by far the best ever hotel to stay at. Staff was very polite and respectful. Our family travels every other year to Augusta for Church conference. Even though we were there for 2 nights, it was well worth. Room was clean, beds were comfortable, full kitchen was well maintained. Outside was well maintained also. Front desk and front waiting area were very clean. I will stay here again on my next family trip.”

At 10:30 p.m., I called the hotel to let them know he would be arriving after midnight. The clerk confirmed the reservation and assured me late check-in would not be a problem.
