“I would not recommend this hotel. I booked a room for one night and arrived at 2:50 p.m. I understand that check-in starts at 3:00, so I had no problem waiting to check in. “The 1st room had some kind of flying insects on the air conditioned and in the window area, I called the front desk receptionist and she immediately moved me to a different room without any hesitation. Great customer service. I didn't like the fact that they don't serve hot breakfast. Only grab and go options. They shouldn't advertise they serve breakfast. “I stayed in B2, which is a basement room. It had a VERY strong mildew odor, chipped furniture with crooked drawers, and patchwork paint on the ceilings. This room does NOT warrant the 3.5 rating that this property has, however, other rooms may be better. The shower was clean, however, so they earned one Star for that.”
