There was no remote control in the room and no way to get one, the in-room coffee maker didn't work, and the sheets and pillows smelled bad like they weren't clean. The lobby restroom was also really dirty. The prepaid breakfast was $17, but when I saw the bill before mentioning I'd paid for breakfast in advance, it was $5-6 less, which didn't seem right. “Hotel is pretty but nowhere near what you would expect for autograph. Upon arrival, none of the outlets near the bed were working. When I notified the staff, they pretty much told me that they should be and if they aren’t, well then sorry because there’s nothing they could do. The second issue was that our shower was not cleaned. The seat of the shaper had dried conditioner clumps and hair stuck to it.
