Upon arriving at the property, I was required to wait approximately 15 minutes before gaining access to the home. After entering, I immediately noticed the property was not in suitable condition for occupancy or professional use. I contacted the homeowner through the app to inquire about the condition of the home, and they explained there had been an emergency which prevented them from cleaning after the previous booking. They stated they would come to the property shortly to clean.Unfortunately, this created a significant issue because the reservation was specifically booked for business purposes, as I was conducting training for new employees of my company.
