Inside, you'll find luxury at every turn, with a freshly updated interior featuring new appliances and elegant granite surfaces throughout. The screened-in porch of the main house is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors, free from pests. Plus, there are two outdoor gas grills where you can whip up delicious meals while soaking in the fresh air. The guest house offers privacy yet proximity for additional guests in your group.

Please note that if your stay is longer than 3 weeks, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. This will be sent through a money request.

Please be mindful not to leave the firepit or grill unattended. It's important to note that we cannot assume liability for any damages resulting from guests' actions. Your understanding and adherence to these guidelines contribute to a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation in ensuring the safety of our property.

Please note, the front door of the guest house is glass, however you CAN NOT see into the home from the outside.

There is a security camera on the front and back of the main house pointing towards the driveway and parking areas. There is also a camera on the mini unit that is pointed towards the parking area that is active.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.

No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.

You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.

While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.

Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.

No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.

No illegal substances or activities on the premises.

Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.

If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.

Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.

Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.

If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
