“There was anything you might need. The room was very homey and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. Yogurt with fresh berries, individual egg dishes, bacon, potatoes and toast with raspberry jam.”

“I requested side by side rooms and was flatly refused because they said they were fully booked. I thought that those who had come to check in after could be shuffled around but I guess that was too hard for the staff. The beds were very comfortable and I slept really well.”

“The room was spotless . Had everything in the kitchen we needed. Parking was right in front of our door. Loved it !!”

“We slept fine. It’s just the cleaning needed more attention to detail and our screen door was broken. The other units had screen doors. Ours was just left in a pile like one of the kind with Velcro on the porch. The bikes could’ve been a little better maintained, but it was fun to ride a bike there so that was nice, but the breakfast was the best thing, that was really good. I just don’t think anybody knows how to clean anymore and there’s certainly isn’t anybody who checks up on him.”

“Hotel is older and rather plain. Pillows were terrible and the carpet in our room was a bit icky. Great location just at the end of town. Amazing beach access. Overall, not a bad place for those on a tight budget.”

“Guest rooms are immaculate with distinctive and tasteful furnishings that are normally only seen in boutique hotels. The location is quiet and away from the city with two pub style restaurants within walking distance. If you are looking for a small unique location with hosts who make you feel more like friends than guests I can highly recommend the South Jetty Inn.”

“Yesterday‘s breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs and then this morning. I was looking forward to that, but there were no scrambled eggs and there was no turkey sausage. It was all pork which I cannot eat and I heard they were not good.”

“The staff were very accommodating, offered to make me fresh coffee in the evening, views were spectacular from room 212 The navy ship lights and the dock with all the boats was beautiful. Nice movable table for if you want to eat on your balcony.”
