“The hotel was loud, screaming kids running through the hallways till about 3am got no sleep. The bathroom had a clicking noise happening all night that I couldn’t find. The blackout curtains did not stretch across the window so it was bright all night. You can hear every truck that drives by as it’s very close to the highway. Overall I would not stay here again. The vending machine is very over priced and the hot tub is not comfortable. ”

“Usually we like staying here for spring break but weren’t happy with the frequency of cleaning. We stayed three nights but didn’t get cleaning on day two because we slept in and didn’t notify the front desk by noon about getting a cleaning. Even though the housekeeper saw us leave from the room across from us. Had to ask for new towels each night. Will probably look at other properties next year. ”

“Already left the review how an employee charged at me during a snowstorm my room was right next to the back door I was letting my dogs in they both have spinal issues I don't generally put them on a leash for that reason they are also service animals I just recently had cancer surgery and have seizures. “The room was clean and it didn’t have any weird lingering smell. This hotel actually saved us from another that we left immediately due to a stench and other things. FIRST.. booking was so easy. The lady who checked me in was upfront with the temp-deposits required for my pet. Our little guy is a good boy so we weren’t worried about not getting it back (which we did) as far as cleanliness and the staff, and even the ability to launder our garments… Everything was great!
