“The property we thought we were getting had some sort of issue so the host messaged us two days before and gave us two other options. Neither were as nice as the one we originally signed up for. We got there and the place reeked of cigarette smoke. The microwave didn’t work and we could not find the remote for the tv in the bedroom. We messaged the host about that and they never followed up.
