Location could honestly not be more perfect!! There are so many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street to check out with their own unique character & AMAZING food! Bakersfield is a personal favorite of ours for their delicious margaritas and the tacos are to die for.. and right down the block! Also must try Jeni's Ice Cream down the block as well, you will not be disappointed!!

This listing offers two street permit parking for two vehicles only, if parking for additional cars are needed, we can offer the same street permit parking for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay!

Other Things to Note:
✍🏻 A $600 security deposit hold is placed 1–2 days before arrival (not an actual charge) and is automatically released 3 days after checkout if there’s no damage or rule violation

The first floor contains the living room space, additional half bathroom & kitchen area. The second floor contains the master bedroom with one bed, laundry & the master bathroom. And lastly, the third floor has the additional two beds for bigger groups!
