Hotel vicino a Columbus Park - Meriden

“Personale gentile. Stanza ampia e pulita ma vicino alla finestra c’era un pezzo di carta da parati che veniva via. L’ascensore la mattina era molto sporco, c’era un mozzicone di sigaretta per terra e il pavimento era appiccicaticcio. La zona colazione alle 8.30, quindi mezz’ora prima della fine del servizio era molto caotica e disorganizzata. Quando siamo scesi non c’era nulla e il ragazzo stava rifornendo tutto nello stesso momento. Avrebbe potuto farlo man mano di modo che non si creasse...

“Everything was good, but we booked this hotel for my sons bday weekend , and our main thing was the “indoor heated pool” as is advertised on Trip advisor . The pool was cold , the kids where shivering . We couldn’t enjoy the main thing we went there for . The staff offer to send someone but they said “but that’s the temperature “ . “I did reserve the room through the app. They gave me a key from a room that was occupied by 2 males and I open the room at that moment when they was having sex. And after all that incident they gave me a room that looks like nobody clean it, the shampoo little bottle was empty and just two towels, the shower did look nasty with hair on the shower head and everything did looks like it didn't was clean. And also they start knocking from 9:45 like there was a fire outside just for the check out,...

“The room was clean and relatively well appointed. Bed was very comfortable as were bed linens. However, we stayed three nights and our room was never cleaned. And, the room across from us had a dog that barked literally every waking minute keeping us awake. We complained the first day and were told the desk staff was aware of the problem but yet nothing was one about it! This lasted thursday - sunday. It was unbearable and i felt so bad for the dog!”
