“Good points: the flat is massive and has lots of space as well as ample on road parking. The area is quiet and safe. It's mostly clean and tidy although could do with a clean behind beds etc. The bad points - the main bedroom curtains are paper thin so light comes in early. The noise insulation between upstairs and the flat isn't great. The bath plughole needs replacing as it's impossible to remove without using a knife to slide it out. The TV is on its way out as watching anything remotely dark...

“Really well decorated and maintained property. Christmas tree and hamper a lovely seasonal touch. Very accommodatimg host who agreed to a later check out time without additional charge. Only issues were some noise from neighbours upstairs (which is often the case in houses converted into flats) and whilst the flat was generally very clean some vacuuming had been missed when it had last been cleaned.”

“Owner met us at the property , she is so friendly and helpful. She gave us ideas where to go and lives nearby if you do need anything. Easter cakes and chocolate had been left for us together with milk for that first all important cuppa. The cottage was immaculately clean Well equipped kitchen. Plenty of towels and hot water Beautiful setting in a small village with a homely pub across the road that does great food ”
