“Struttura fuori centro, con ampio parcheggio gratuito, personale gentile, letti comodi, spazi ampissimi. Ottima pulizia, arredi un po’ vetusti ma in buone condizioni. Colazione varia ma con scelta limitata di piatti caldi.”

“Easy to find and get to. Amber was wonderful front desk person, Room was clean and well maintained. So many relaxing areas with chairs and end tables, picnic tables throughout property. Outdoor games to play. Peaceful surroundings, 2 docks for river swimming access. Nice outdoor pool and hot tub, very clean. Close to everything New Braunfels has to offer. We will certainly return!!!!!!”

“Our first mistake was not checking the Google reviews. We booked this hotel because the Expedia reviews were decent, and the pictures made it look clean and updated. The pool looked amazing, and our kids were excited to keep swimming after park days at Schlitterbahn. Unfortunately, the pictures didn't match reality. Our first floor, non-smoking room smelled like smoke and mildew, and the door was so damaged we had to lift it just to close it. The pool was disgusting! Green water, algae...

“The room was clean and well stocked, however the shower drain was clogged, however the refrigerator they advertised took the entire night to get anything cool,they advertised breakfast but there was none offered just dry cereal containers with old looking cereal.”

“The room was mostly clean. There was hair in the tub. The key card reaser on our door was terrible. You had swipe it several times & take it out just right and lift the handle just to get in & out of the room. I didn't get in the pool but my nephew said there were bugs in it. There is no elevator. The ice machine on the first floor while waiting to get in our room, I saw a man put his hands on the spout to put ice in his thermos. The bed was actually pretty comfortable.”
